Title: Great Company and Customer Service, but the Trays Run Small I'm a 40-year-old adult male, and overall I'm happy with these whitening trays and especially impressed with the company behind them. Follow the molding instructions exactly, especially the recommended 155°F water temperature, and be prepared to repeat the molding process as instructed to get the best fit. The case is also a nice touch—it feels sturdy and stays securely closed. Where this company really stands out is its customer service. They offer free replacements for a year, including replacement trays if your mold gets messed up, and my experience with their customer service has been fantastic. My only real complaint—and the reason I can't give these 5 stars—is the size of the molds. For my mouth, they feel a little too small. They don't reach my full set of teeth, and I don't feel they keep the whitening product/shell away from my gumline as well as a slightly larger tray would. I wish Amazon allowed half or quarter stars because I'd put these somewhere around 3.5–4.25 stars. The product could use a larger adult tray option, but the instructions, case, replacement policy, and excellent customer service make this a product I'm still happy with overall.

I purchased these to whiten my teeth, but it’s a solid tray. It does not conform to your individual tooth mold.

I was looking for a replacement for my whitening trays and these are the perfect ones. It comes in multi pack so you have plenty works with my current whitening for my teeth and it’s easy to just pop them in like my teeth rinse them out. they’re pretty sturdy so I think that they will last for a good amount of time. Easily washable for multi use and good for replacing what I had before.

DO NOT BUY....They DO NOT MOLD TO YOUR TEETH. Hard rubber plastics definitely uncomfortable. Black Case is the only good thing /durable. Take my word you will be DISAPPOINTED. Video and look is DECEIVING.

This worked great for me! The trays are soft and bendable so it did not hurt my teeth or mouth while I was using them! I also really like the case so I can easily take them when traveling!

I don't do the whole teeth whitening thing (can't, really due to having a few implants and crowns towards the front of my mouth that can't be whitened.) My (now ex-) wife would tell me that I ground my teeth "loudly" at night, and my dentists over the years have all mentioned that there's tons of grinding damage to the tops of every tooth... so I've been using mouth guards for a few years and like to replace them every six months or so. These are easy and quick to form/mold and fit great.

Not sure how to make the temperature exactly right but, if not hot enough it won’t mold the trays and if too hot (not even boiling) it will shrink the trays by HALF its size. I would not buy it again.
