It’s good stuff it’s methylated so it gets in your bloodstream. Just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve for best results and it tastes like yummy tart cherries.

I purchased these in the 60 count lozenges and they are very small and have a pleasant cherry flavor. Easy to take as you can simple let them dissolve like a mint and/or chew them up. I'm sure you could just swallow them if you wanted to but I prefer to just let them dissolve as I do enjoy the subtle cherry flavor. I've been taking B12 as supplement from another brand that I like a lot for some time. I decided to give this brand a try and it was a seamless transition from my normal brand to this one. No noticeable differences in energy, focus, etc. but having already been supplementing prior to switching I note that as a positive as it means to me that this is the same quality or better than my normal brand. Nothing negative to note about this brand and I would certainly consider purchasing and replacing with my normal brand at any time.

It takes about 5-7 minutes to dissolve, and it's an easy way to take B-12 -- also it's 1000mcg Iwhich is about 41% of recommended daily according to the labeling) and it brings 60 so you have a good 2 months worth of B-12. The product is Vegan, gluten and dairy-free, and is non-GMO so it checks all the boxes for me.
