Review: Works perfectly, for 1-2 years, got replacement - Update: I contacted customer service and after some troubleshooting they replaced my faulty unit. I’m so used to this towel warmer that I don’t think I can live without it, especially on colder days. Bought this towel warmer on July 11, 2023. Used it on a daily basis, very solid performance. Evenly warms one towel. Fits two towels, but maybe because of the volume, circulation is not too well and you get hot/cold spots. It suddenly stopped working on Feb. 22, 2025. Had a good run, but would've liked it to work for longer. Looking for a different brand for more durable product. Review: Must have :) - Other one broke after 5 years. Was time for a new one! Was time for a new one! Love forever my Zadro ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Company stands behind their product which we thought was excellent before an issue arose. *by D***G on February 26, 2025* We purchased this towel warmer and used it daily during cold weather periods, but not at all during warm seasons. The tower warmer stopped working about 16 months after we purchased it, out of the warranty period. I did a bit of research an found that others had similar issues. I wrote to the manufacturer and asked that they honor their warranty given our experience was apparently a common one likely due to a manufacturing or design issue even though we were 4 months past the warranty expiration. They asked us for a few questions and pictures, approved the warranty claim promptly once that information was provided, and sent us a new unit at their cost. So, (a) I want to call out a company for doing the right thing and being responsive, (b) recommend the product during the period that it worked property, but (c) am withholding 5 stars because there appears to be some manufacturing or design issues. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/675506668-zadro-large-hot-towel-warmer-bucket-timer-electric-towel-warmer](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/675506668-zadro-large-hot-towel-warmer-bucket-timer-electric-towel-warmer) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
