I have a yamaha dd65mm. is this one have a 1.5" diameter sweet spot in the center of the pads and dull everywhere else like the yamaha dd65mm?

i didnt experience such small sweet spots

Yes, the input is 110 v AC power adapter (120 v indicated) and 0,5 A. Standard american plug. Output is 12 V DC and 1,5 A.

Can I learn on this set? I’ve never played...

you can practice rythem and maybe some fills, but this kit was rather disapointing when i got it. the zones on the pads that actually register a hit are very small and easy to miss. in my opinion to really learn to play you should invest in a kit more like the yamaha DTX402K. its twice the money, but exponentionaly better to play on, and honestly incomparable.
