Seems to work to stop a cold in its tracks. Felt a cold coming on and used as directed. No more symptoms by the third day. It is homeopathic and also tastes delicious. It's important to use right away. I have since purchased more to have on hand and also two more for friends.

Homeopathic remedy!
I agree with other reviews to use this at the first sign of illness- scratchy throat, runny nose, coughing...like that... You open a packet down into your throat. I think these are only available through Amazon, its lozenges on the website...Tastes awesome! I could feel immediate soothing effects. I like remedies that aren't full of Tylenol- hard to find these days. I would definitely buy this for a child!

Amazing. Only cold remedy that works
Have used Umcka for years and years. It’s the only homeopathic cold medicine that works at all for me. Trick is you must take it at the first sign of illness and be sure to use every few hours.

Good product if you’re sick
I used this to help me when I got sick. It helped me to feel better. There were no side effects and I did like it. It’s not a replacement for prescription meds when you’re really sick but it did take the edge off my symptoms.

I'm going to be honest I was very skeptical about this product. However I'm so glad that I was wrong. This product is very straightforward with its use. An works really well with no water need. You just open the packet and Injest the contents and that's it. It stared working immediately. This is a must have for your medicine cabinet.
