Steam coming out of my ears
Okay. I watched YouTube videos to learn how to use the steam cleaner and its accessories. So this is my second review. It works very well as a steam cleaner and customer service reaches out personally to solve any problems you may have. My only issue now is that it puts out so much steam, it’s difficult to see what you’re trying to clean. I’m sure that will resolve itself as I use it more. OLD REVIEW Just out of the box with no instructions on how to use it. You have to scan a QR code or a bar code. The QR code on the insert in the box should give you a user’s manual (see photo) but it doesn’t work. Ridiculous! I will post another review if I can get it to work.

JUNK
I wanted to leave no stars because this is a piece of junk I purchased it because it has a high rating I spend 2hours trying to cleaning trying to clean some mildew off and managed to clean about 6 inches in 2hrs would have been better off using a toothbrush would have gotten more done. can't wait to get rid of this JUNK

Not That Bad
Way better than any of those "tea kettle" steamers. I've had them, and they really have no pressure to clean. This is much better. Not a wonder tool, but better.

Very good quality steamer
Easy to use and excellent quality plastic. I had a hand held bissel and this item is far superior. It heats super fast and has two settings. I did set off my fire alarms because I used it in a small space. It does put out real steam and not shots of hot water like my bissel did. I bought a carrying case for it and it is super light weight and easy to move from space to space. I love it!

Don't buy it
Thought it was great. First time I used it was perfect. After that went to use it again, it would turn on but not make steam. Tried trouble shooting and nothing. Since it is out side of my return time by a couple days my options was to throw it out. Would not recommend. Spend a little more money and get a better quality.

Just ok
It's OK. I wanted to love it, but it doesn't hit all the marks. I thought the cord length was 13 ft. It's not. That's the length of the cord, plus the hose. Didn't realize I would need to plug it in and also add batteries for the nozzle. It does have continuous steam which is nice. Wish I could stop the steam without turning off the handle. It does a good job, it's more user interface I'm disappointed with. Wish I had purchased a different one, even for thenprice.

Stoped working in less than a year, BUT replaced by company
I bought one in April 2025. I used the unit three times. Today I went to use it and it does nothing. The heating LED lights for a brief second then goes out. I would call customer support but the manual list times to contact, but no contact info is given. Their web site gives no contact information. How strange. One more thing to throw away and locate something similar not on Amazon. UPDATE-Finally I found an email address for the company. VERY helpful after I explained what the unit was doing. I received an email back saying a replacement was on the way. The new manual does not have an email address that I could find.
