Works great, on cuts 1/2 inch or less, if your steaks are a inch thick you will have to butterfly them first. Great addition to jerky making or making country fried steak. Build quality seems good and suction cup is strong on a smooth counter top.

Meat was tender, but it comes out about an 1/8" thin.

For the price range, this worked well. Didn't want to stay locked down, but I was able to get thru tenderizing 12 slices of pork tenderloin.Easy to cleanI will use it in the future, it will not sit on the shelf and gather dust!
