After several videos & many undecided months...purchased this product as a beginner distiller. Was used as a fermenter as well, incorporating a strainer sack proving to be highly effective, thus removing the hassle of straining and the need for other containers. A simple corn-mash recipe was used for initial break-in. All parts and fittings were intact/included. Instructions sort of vague, but many online videos are available on this product. No damage in shipping. This item is solid and well-built. Seals up nicely with no leaks whatsoever. Thump-keg was also deployed. Produced about 1.5 gallons of straight-up Shine' @ 83%. 😯 After proof-down & filtering...Oh Boy...🙃 Possibilities are endless with different recipes & infusions. As a beginner hobbyist, the ridiculously affordable price makes delving into distilling much less intimidating. However, research into 'cuts', Temps, & watching/understanding distilling videos is Highly Recommended. Highly pleased with this product. With a bit of instructional comprehension, 1st run quality products are entirely possible with this affordable still. For absolute best results...white-oak charred barrels for 'aging'...oh yeah. 😋

Works great great value for ur dollar ran it a few times and did wat it needed to getting the coil cooler with pump to work without spilling everywhere is a pain but is efficient. Easy to assemble and put together and take apart hold seals pretty well might want to change out the hoses for higher quality. It works great to say the least

(EDIT) - the outflow is too slow and really restricts the cooling of the coil. The outflow diameter needs increased to 1/2" with a properly sized bulkhead. If you are super handy, I highly recommend replacing the cooling pot altogether with a larger one, and setting it in a stand next to the boiler, with the outflow hole and the input holes at 3/4", and using an attachment on your kitchen sink to juzt slowly run the cold water through it straight from your sink. You could even let it drain into a large container to make more ice, water plants, wash stuff witb to avoid waste. Still feels like a great value for the price, just a little flawed- bought this for emergency water purification, and for my CPAP machine, in case of grid failure. we have emergency propane to last for a few months and a good stove. (I do have stuff to remineralize the water if we need it for consumption. I have salts, calcium, magnesium and know how much to use) the still came faster than I expected, is sturdier than I expected (especially for the price), and was packaged really well. while I don't need any of the brewing stuff, it all seems straight forward and if someone were using this to get started with such practices and was on the tightest of budgets, I can see how it could be useful. as for water, the setup took minutes and I'm pretty good to go whenever I need it. put it back in the box, and it's on the shelf with the rest of my emergency supplies. very please with the practicality and price

ONLY and only because the instructions could've been tiny more specific. Everything is perfect and great wish I would've gotten the bigger one.

I am a beginner at this and For a 8 gal all In one still I have only 1 complaint. The tubing used for the condenser could be longer. Other the that it works outstanding.i average 2 to 2.5 gal. After distilling around 130 proof. By the time i cut it down to drink. I get about 5 gallons.

Popcorn Sutton would be proud of my first still and run definitely a great entry level setup you can’t go wrong with it, setup is fool proof, probably ran 6 runs through it since may and man we are happy

Bought this for a gift and they love it! They are so happy with the design and the ability to infuse with it. It is easy to install and put to use. We are excited to try our hand at essential oils and other fun makes! The seal is perfect and seems really durable.
