Great little unit
I bought this device for my pre-teen daughter. Unfortunately, the device was defective. I contacted Customer service and they were very quick to respond. The Customer Service team showed us, through pictures and text, how to trouble shoot, step by step, and was very patient and professional. Ultimately, Customer Service sent us a replacement device which arrived within a few days. The customer service department was fantastic!! Thank you! My daughter absolutely loves the device. It was easy to use especially with all the pre-installed apps.
