No there was no pork or beef additives

There is no carb info shown per se. Label does specify “Zero: preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, yeast, corn, milk derivatives, lactose, salt, sodium, soy, sugar, gluten, starch, or wheat.” Gelatin and Rice powder, however, are listed as inactive ingredients (obviously gelatin for the capsule itself, and it appears ??? the rice powder may be “dusted” lightly inside the bottle to prevent capsules from sticking due to moisture???). Regardless, if you are counting carb exchanges for diabetes or other dietary concerns, any carb count in these capsules imho would have to be insignificant/negligible.

Q: Does this product normally have a plastic seal on the cap or an inner paper seal? My bottle came today with neither and I’m concerned.

Yes it should. The bottle I received had the inner seal but no outer plastic covering. I would be concerned about not having the bottle sealed.
