There is no tight compression, which gives you complete freedom of movement during Hot Yoga and Pilates. The built in liner does its job and keeps everything securely locked in place. ​As a bigger guy with big legs, 3 inch shorts are definitely revealing and put a lot of leg on display, especially in poses like downward dog, but everything essential stays fully covered.
