Love having a healthy alternative to sugar!
I love this product! I am trying to be healthy and avoid processed sugar. I love that allulose doesn't affect blood glucose levels and is so low in calories. I love that it is found naturally in some foods. It's a no-guilt sugar substitute. It doesn't taste exactly like sugar or have the same consistency as sugar (it's more powdery), but it has a pleasant, sweet taste and sweetens things to my satisfaction. It doesn't taste like I'm eating chemicals (as with some other sweeteners I have tried), and there is no unpleasant aftertaste. I baked some Keto chocolate peanut butter cookies using allulose in place of monk sweetener. They turned out great! I have been using it in place of sugar in several of my recipes. There are a few cons. It is quite expensive, but in comparing CMK with other brands, ounce for ounce CMK is really competitively priced. It's also nice that it comes in a two-pack. It does clump a bit in the bag, as others have mentioned; however, the clumps are easily broken up and are not too bothersome. Additionally, I read on several health websites before purchasing it that there are potential negative side effects--bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, but that is only when consuming large doses. I haven't experienced any of these. Overall, it's a great product, and I will be purchasing it again!

Expensive but worth it!
I have used this brand of allulose for over a year and love it. It is expensive but if you are avoiding sugar or carbohydrates, it is worth the cost. It has zero net carbohydrates. The texture resembles caster sugar. The flavor is exactly the same as sugar, without the aftertaste of some other sweeteners such as stevia. It doesn’t cause the stomach upset of sugar alcohol sweeteners such as xylitol. It dissolves easily into liquids/sauces and doesn’t cause cloudiness in clear liquids. I love to use it to make low-carb cranberry sauce. Just substitute allulose for sugar and follow the recipe on the bag of fresh cranberries. Super simple and amazingly good. Unlike Erythritol, allulose remains dissolved and doesn’t recrystallize when it cools so it makes excellent cranberry sauce. I also find it works well as a substitute for bar sugar. It dissolves well in adult beverages. Use it to make an excellent low-carb Old Fashioned cocktail. The only problem I have ever found is the price. But for me, it is completely worth it.

great flavor but expensive!
I have COPD which is a type of inflammation in the lungs so I'm doing low carb to keep the inflammation in my body down as much as I can BUT I do still like the occasional dessert or pancakes with maple flavored syrup (without those chemical sweeteners most use) and this is perfect for making those or even just sweetening my morning coffee. It doesn't have the chemicals of Sucrolose or Aspertame or the nasty aftertaste of monkfruit or Splenda or the cooling and odd flavor or tummy troubles of other sugar subs. It tastes like sugar but it doesn't send my blood sugar on a rollercoaster ride and it lets me enjoy the occasional dessert without inflammation from real sugar or the nasty side effects of other products. To me that's a huge win so I guess I won't complain (much) about the price.

Keto Sweetener that actually tastes good
Ordered this sweetener to use with our low carb/keto lifestyle. We loved this sweetener. It tastes as close to real sugar as we have tried. It is not quite as sweet as the real thing but as we have been low carb for so long, it was perfect for us as we no longer prefer super sweet tastes. There was no weird after-taste or cooling effect like some of the other keto sweeteners out there. For the record my family tolerates but doesn't particularly like stevia and seriously dislikes erythritol including all of the blends (sukrin, pyure etc). We have been using liquid sucralose, so the type and number of baked goods we can make are limited by the fact it is a liquid. Glad we have finally found a granulated product that we actually enjoy. The only con to this sweetener is the price so for now it will have to be limited to special occasions. Hopefully the price will come down in time as it has done with the other products of this type.

Makes the BEST keto caramels. Dangerously delicious perfect consistency JUST like the “real” thing
This is the only brand of allulose I have used to make Keto Copy’s Salted Caramels and I am 100% satisfied with the results. That being said, too much of a good thing can be bad. This sweetener does cause gastrointestinal distress when you consume too much but simethicone helps a lot if you experience that. Consistency and taste is 100% caramel when you simmer on low this allulose with each measure of butter and heavy cream. 1cup allulose, 1 cup butter, 1 cup heavy cream. Thank me later. No reason to ever try another product this one is perfect it’s not cut with any other sweetener and it dissolves fully into liquid and doesn’t recrystallize when it cools which makes it perfect for caramel. This stuff and that recipe changed my life.

Sweet AND Healthy
I've seen some negative reviews about the (lack of) sweetness in Allulose sweeteners (not brand specific), that you have to use a lot more than with other sugar-alternative sweeteners to achieve a given level of sweetness. This is TRUE, but I don't consider it a negative. It just IS what it IS. This stuff has been clinically measured to have a neutral glycemic response, and when glucose is in the blood, will even compete with it, causing a lower insulin response than without the Allulose present. It has other benefits as well. You can search videos for Dr. David Pulmutter & Allulose learn more. I consider this stuff as medicine, so I don't compare the price to products that don't do what Allulose does. Use as much as it takes to make it taste right to you. That's a fair trade off for not getting fat, eating an equivalent amount of sugar.

Best taste
One of the best sugar substitute I’ve tried. Plus it doesn’t register in your blood as a sugar. Very low calorie count. Dissolves great hot or cold

It doesn't affect your blood sugar
It's fine. It clumps. BUT, I'm a diabetic and I'm trying to cut back on my sugar intake wherever I can. And you need to use a LOT more than a 1 to 1 ratio to get any kind of a sweet flavor from it.

Large quantities required to get sweetnesd
Good choice but you need at least 4 times the amount to get any sweetness therefore very expensive
