Great Laptop, Battery Life is great. It is not too big or too small, just the right size. Exactly what I needed to do Games and my photography; the Speed is Excellent compared to other Laptops I have had. Easy to Use, Setup, and Easy to Carry.

Great Laptop
Bought this for my daughter who is in college. She loves it. It’s light weight. The only thing I suggested was the keyboard doesn’t light up. It’s fast and a good buy!!

Do NOT Buy from this Seller
If I could give no stars I would. Took a chance and bought an HP notebook from this seller and the internal microphone was not working. Was on the phone with HP tech support for over an hour and they couldn't fix it. It's a hardware problem. I will have to send the notebook to HP and they will keep for minimum 2-4 weeks. No time for this type of hassle. My son needs this for school. Obviously, seller did not check the computer before they sold it. I will never take a chance on a product like this via Amazon again. Go into a Best Buy or get what I need directly from the company i.e. HP website. You've been warned.

No microphone. Did not come with any specifics about the computer.
It almost felt like it was a cheap knockoff. It only had one small paper and no documentation about setup or computer specifics. It had no cushion around the computer. Seems to work okay, but I was very surprised that there was no microphone with this computer.

Easy to Setup
I've had this HP laptop for one month now. It arrived in good shape, worked right out of the box, and was easy to set up. And I'm not a computer whiz. It came with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2024 preloaded on it. This was appealing to me. It cost a little more than I planned to spend, but I'm finding it was money well spent. I had to communicate with the seller a couple of times. They were very prompt in replying and easy to work with.

Amazing laptop! Bought it for my wife and she loves it. Perfect fit for work at home situation. Battery life is amazingly long. The laptop is super quick.

The delivery was fast and the product package was intact.I have used this laptop for nearly a month,and everything works great. It is fast and has sufficient memory,which is great for my daily work and study.

Horrible laptop, terrible customer service
I wish there was a minus 5 star option available. This laptop is just a piece of junk. I wish, I should have donated this money to a charity instead of wasting here. The Customer Service is horrible. Upon my return request, they put so many rigid conditions to the extent that it will be their choice how much money they will refund, or even if they will refund any amount. Please stay away from this vendor, they have spoiled the image of Amazon too, the most trustworthy name. Nothing in this laptop functions properly.
