Great Build Plate sheet
I have a Prusa Core One and a MK3.5. Us the on the Core ONe to do oversized prints and it works great. Adhesion is very very good, almost better than you'd want, but you won't have to worry about a print popping off the build plate after that first layer. TIP: do yourself a favor while you're waiting to get this steel sheet delivered. Go to an auto parts store (Autozone for me) and get a plastic scraper that has the changeable plastic "razor blades" in it. Mine is grey with orange blades and my older one is blue with orange blades. They'll be in the aisle with the sealants and adhesives and fasteners or just get it on Amazon. Search for "plastic razor blade scraper" and there are a blue million hits.

Great addition. It replaced my standard PEI semi-permanently.
Using it most of the time now. Works great, smooth and has great "sticking" properties. Worth the investment, especially if you need a smooth plate.

Great Plate, but sometimes inconsistent quality
Excellent Build plate, Great balance between plate adhesion as well as removability. I exclusively use the crygrop build plate now because I also enjoy the satin surface finish it gives my prints. I ordered 8 BIQU plates from them, I did have to have 2 of them replaced as the quality of them was not up to par and the prints would not stick despite through cleaning with soap and water. The replacement that was sent was great and worked as advertized.

Holy cow! Now that's adhesion!
When BIQU calls this a "CryoGrip," they ain't kidding! Seriously, the hold this thing has on my prints is impressive. I've knocked out some tall printed objects without support or even a brim, and they stuck fast to this plate. (On one of those prints, I actually forgot to enable supports but decided to just let it keep printing to see if it would work. I thought there was no way that it would...until it did!) It fits perfectly on my Bambu A1. It holds the model incredibly well. It even makes up for my mistakes. What's not to love? Just remember to use it appropriately.... When I forgot to change back to my regular PEI plate and printed something with too much surface area on this build plate, I had a dickens of a time getting it off. But use it for objects that need it, and you've got a real winner here. Love it.

Best plates so far
These are the best plates I have ever used. Projects stick without glue. Make sure to clean the plate after use, and it will last a long time. I use a drop of Dawn dish soap and water. Never use alcohol.
