seemed great but didnt get that far. I started with one head and changed my mind and couldnt (even following directions with rockin it) could I get it off, My husband tried to rock and pull vertically, still took forever. Tried another head and same thing, couldnt get it off. We were able to get if off finally, after trying for 20 minutes. Not helpful when you want to change heads while cleaning a shower.
