Good for 2014 optima
I have a 2014 optima just installed it works good and fits perfect. Will need 10mm socket also.

Great price, easy install
Works perfectly and fits my Kia optima with no issues. Took maybe 15 minutes to fully install. Great value, considering the repair shop wanted $600 to fix. Hopefully don't need to buy again but would if something happened.

As others have stated, the reflection is not one to one, more like a passenger side mirror. One area of the trim is not quite snapped into place correctly, but not too concerning. For a powered heated mirror, the price ($81 CAD) is right. I could not find an OEM version in stock. My car is black, so the colour matched. Took about ten minutes to swap out.
