I replaced everything it came with just for the sake of knowing they wouldn't be an issue for a while. I got an MS180C from a guy that put straight gas in it and blew a hole in the piston the size of a quarter so I replaced the block and piston and it wouldn't run right so I bought this Carburetor and it works great again. Not bad for $100 saw. Review: Like New - My Stihl ms-180 has been very hard to start for a long time. The only way to start it was with starter fluid. Now with this new carb it starts and runs like new.
