I bought the three thinking I would use all three. I only used the purple one. That was the one, I felt, fit the best. They're so strong in resistance that I never felt I needed to use the smaller one. I gave the larger one to my fiance and he likes to use it for leg days. We use it for build the sides of your legs and they really do give a great pump.

I really loved these Resistance bands. They are of premium quality and so is the entire packaging and case that comes along with it. These are much better than the regular silicon ones and you can say that if you're exercising regularly, especially in Pilates, lifts, squats and all those stretching exercises. Definitely worth the price!

These are made of a thick, sturdy material. I've used the bands, especially the medium one, for several weeks now and have had no concern with tearing or pulling at the seam.

I've been shopping around for resistance bands and ankle straps, to be honest I bought this one because they came together, so I was surprised by the actual quality of it. I used them in the gym and the strap stays tight and the bands don't ride up or fall and they're a soft material so they irritate my skin. Over all, I like them a lot.

I’ll never write a bad review and I really wanted to like these. 4 stars because quality is really good. It’s a great product but the resistance is too high. They’re very difficult to move in, and any kind of exercise movement is very difficult. They’re more like a hip circle than a resistance band.

Great quality bends set, I love them,you can actually feel the burn when doing squats and leg lifts.I think this is the best resistance band I have ever tried. I’m so happy, and also the set comes with ankle strap & carry bag which is great. Definitely recommend! I’m gonna spend a great time at the gym. Thanks for the product!

I ordered these to try since the resistance bands I have been using are the typical silicone type and I was tired of them rolling up on me and not staying put! These are awesome! They actually do stay in place and provide some serious resistance!!

These are great because they don’t roll up like the rubbery bands usually used. They have been used both for PT injury recovery and general exercises by another person in the household. We both like them and consider them a huge leap forward in resistance bands.

No se compara con las ligas de resistencia de solo plástico, la diferencia en el entrenamiento es increíble, me encantaron.

Recomendadas totalmente. Cómodas, resistentes y llegaron una semana antes de la fecha prevista. La liga más grande ya se me rompió el elástico.
