I love spicy food but sometimes it doesn’t like me. This liquid works at least as well and is just as easy to use. I think this may work a bit quicker on me. The taste is fine… at first. Then there is a very nasty aftertaste. Disappointed. It seems to work, just not worth the aftertaste.

The relief is almost immediate, and it works just as well as, if not better than, other name-brand products. While it was advertised as tablets, the liquid format is easy to take, and it doesn't leave a chalky aftertaste, which is a big plus. What I appreciate most is how consistent the results are. The peace of mind that comes with knowing I have an effective solution on hand is invaluable.

I took off 2 stars. First star, posting was for chewable tablets, this is liquid. I confirmed in the picture when I ordered it, this was supposed to be tablets, 120 of them. Second star, while the consistency is thick liquid, it tastes a lot like plastic. So, all that behind said. I had some bad indigestion last night. So I finally had the opportunity to test this. It worked, and worked pretty fast. I felt much better pretty quickly. I never would have gotten this if I would have known it was a liquid. But, now I know it works, so I'll probably use it. I am a fan of off-brand and cheap alternative meds, since I think affordable options are a good thing and most name brand meds are only popular for the sake of name recognition, not because there's anything inherently better in their formulation compared to the generic versions. This particular liquid heartburn treatment definitely does what it is meant to, and while it's currently the same price as one of the better known brands out there, that helps keep that other brand from raising their price. Competition is a good thing. That said, the flavor in this liquid is not exactly a joy to swallow. You will certainly know that it is medicine. Don't expect a party in your mouth, but it'll get the job done. It arrived thoroughly wrapped and sealed, though not in the kind of printed cardboard box you'd normally buy products in if you got this off the shelf in a pharmacy store. Pragmatism seems the name of the game here, but still, I took off a star for the awkward, not-very-professional packaging. It's not that hard to get product packing materials and do a better job of it. The bottle is appropriately labeled, thankfully, so you're not going to mix it up with anything else in your medicine cabinet.
