I am so glad I found this 52-week Mounjaro weight loss tracker! It’s exactly what I needed to stay organized and motivated on my journey. The layout is simple yet comprehensive, allowing me to track everything in one place—medication dosage, weight, body measurements, injection sites, symptoms, and even weekly reflections. What I love most is how user-friendly it is. The meal planner and food/water/exercise tracker help me stay accountable, and the weekly goal-setting section keeps me focused. It’s clear that this tracker was designed by someone who truly understands the challenges of this journey. If you're using Mounjaro and want an easy, structured way to monitor your progress, this tracker is a must-have! Highly recommend.

This book has definitely helped me on my journey by allowing me to record daily food intake, weight and measurements etc. My only criticism is that there are far too many Week pages for medication, weight and measurements etc and not enough Weekly food planner and Daily food diary pages e.g. the diary allows you to record weight and measurements as far along as week 52 but the weekly food planner and Daily food pages run out after 12 weeks and doesn’t have a day 7 so if you want to record day 7 (and why wouldn’t you) you end up running into the next week and this has a knock on effect. Should be equal number of pages for all and issue a 6 month book rather than a year if size is the issue. I’ll need to buy a new book soon but only because the weekly planner and food diary pages will be used up but annoyingly the first half of the book is empty. Not a well thought out design!

Perfect for recording your mounjaro journey

It’s a good book to track your weight, injection site, measurements, calorie intake. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because id prefer there to be a 52 week food log rather than a 12 week one as I find it the most useful. I’ve only got 6 weeks left in the book so I am currently looking for a similar style book to track my food and calories.

I ordered this product as I started my Mounjaro journey just a couple of days ago and wanted to get this to keep up with my progress. Delivery of this product was quite good, I ordered this product and it was delivered to me 2 days later. This book is okay quality, I would preferred it if the outside was made of a thicker cardboard or something of better quality, especially considering the price and due to how thin the material is, my book does not stay shut and it is really frustrating me. Pen does write very easily on this book and you don’t need to keep going over what you are writing. This book is extremely useful, it has space for each week to put the dosage you took, where you took it, as well as space to put your weight and measurements and space to put your goals for the week and what you’re proud of achieving that week and it goes all the way up to week 52, so it has a years worth. It also has space in the book for a meal planner, so you know what you’re having for each meal, this makes it alot easier to shop etc and it also has space to put what you actually had for each meal, in case you change your mind on what to have. The book is only small and lightweight , I think it is an A5 size, so very easy to carry around without weighing you down or taking up much room in luggage etc. The design at the front of the book is absolutely stunning and the writing is in a beautiful font. At the time of this review, this product is £11.99, which in my opinion, is quite a bit on the expensive side, considering the quality is not very good at all. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this product..
