Silk’n Freedom - Long Life Upgrade Kit Cartridge for At Home Permanent Hair Removal Device for Women and Men - 120,000 Pulses

I purchased this to replace mine that was ready to be replaced. It worked fine for a very short period of time (maybe 500 pulses) and stopped working this morning when I started smelling something burnt. As you can see the board is burned and I hope this product didn't ruin my device.

Product does not fit silk’n frame. Molded improperly will not snap in place.

It’s sold as the last cartridge you’ll ever need to buy. Don’t waste your money.I bought this nearly two years ago, but have used it so infrequently like maybe once every two months to do my arms or my underarms ~~ mostly to maintain the professional electrolysis I had done several years ago. I’d be very surprised if I had more than 3,000 to 4,000 pulses on the cartridge,I keep the unit protected and wrapped up so it was. Ever damaged or dropped, etc.makes me mad this company rips people off. How can you make a warranty claim on something from two years ago even though the product didn’t last the 100,000+ pulses it promised.Stay away from this product. The unit is expensive to begin with and these cartridges would have you going broke
