My wife just had her knee replaced. We had purchased the ice machine a few weeks earlier and had it ready to go when she arrived home. We followed the directions and it has been working great, it really helps her with the pain.The pump is very quiet, the hose connections are well designed, easy to connect and disconnect, and most importantly, do not leak! The pad fills and gets cold quickly.This is an excellent product and well worth the money.

Easy to connect, the fact that you can use water bottles to fill in the ice machine is a game changer in saving money and it gets the job done.

I've been really pleased with this machine since my knee replacement surgery. I set it up, prior to surgery, filled with water and located where I would use it. It's so easy to just pop in 4 frozen water bottles at the beginning of the day and they stay frozen for most of the day. I'm living solo, so swapping out 4 water bottles to the freezer is very easy and then it is good to go for the day. No leaks, and it gets to a perfect cold temperature. Worth every penny

Recovering from knee surgery can be painful, and the doctor recommended that my wife buy an icing machine for her post-surgery rehab. This one meets all our needs perfectly. It's lightweight when empty, easy to use, keeps the water icy cold even overnight, and brings her a lot of relief. And it's affordable. We are very happy with the product.UPDATE We have used this for six weeks now and are very pleased with it. We use two frozen water bottles to ice the water, and they work just fine. Takes about ten minutes for the water to reach the right temp. We could do it quicker with adding another bottle, which there is more than enough room to do so. We put the bottles in early in the AM and the water is more than cold enough to still use at night.

Great product, even better Customer Support. Bought for my total knee replacement. Works great. Initially, controller didn’t work, they sent me a replacement. And to top that off, they just developed a new controller, which they sent me at no charge. Terrific product. Can’t recommend high enough

I should have gotten this machine in preparation for my total knee replacement. Unfortunately I did not until a few weeks later after constant trips to freezer to get ice packs for knee. It was nonstop and very annoying. When this arrived, it was easy to snap together and get going. I put frozen water bottles in the bag with water and the pump to pump cold icy water into the pad. It was great! While you do have to empty the “bucket” of water and refreshed the water bottles for next use, to me, it was less bother than the constant ice packs. What I liked is the pad can fit other body parts not just the knee. It’s a very soothing feeling almost like a very light compress ion which I’m sure helps trauma recovery as well.There’s no leakage at all from hoses or pad.Highly recommend. I only Wish I had gotten it sooner but have it now for my next knee surgery and other pain relief that requires icing.

Awesome purchase....Far beyond my expectations. Easy set'upThe motor is super quiet and love how I can regulate the level of coldness and timer to to control minutes to keep powered on and shut-off. My surgery is in two weeks and I am very happy knowing my healing will be money well spent!So much appreciated...
