I was a little apprehensive as other customers have expressed concern stating that they were unable to connect to this unit.Installed correct serial drivers on windows, selected COM6 at 115200 baud in both LaserGRBL and Lightburn, work completely flawlessly. Only minor hiccup is some occasional dropped connections via Telenet but wifi is never a reliable connection method anyway.For anyone willing to tinker, or any hobbiest I would recommend this item at its price point. High resolution and precision, nice speed. Good safety features to prevent you blinding yourself. Plus, it seems to use a standard Arduino and GRBL protocol.

Scratched on Arrival, No Support & Weak Performance
The product arrived scratched, and customer support is unresponsive. On top of that, the performance is too weak for what it’s supposed to do. Very disappointing experience.

Die Lieferung war zügig. Das Gerät war nach Installation des Lasers sofort einsatzbereit und funktioniert einwandfrei. Verbindung mit Handy oder Laptop problemlos. Habe bisher nur graviert auf Holz und Kork. Super Ergebnisse. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Great portable starter laser
Great little laser. It's my first but it works well now that I've learned more about it. You can't engrave metal or glass with the 2.5W. I would recommend getting the 10W starting off if you want more options. At this point ill just upgrade to a larger laser with higher wattage rather than upgrading the module since the module is the majority of the cost. I do leather mostly with this but it can do plastic, wood, and painted surfaces too.
