Makes amazing ice cream
Amazing flavour. I don’t know how barebells does it with their macros but it’s some of the best protein food out there. I freeze mine and make them into ice cream with the Ninja Creami… just add about 1g xantham gum to thicken and some additional sweetener (usually around 20g erythritol), 10g cocoa powder, and about 7g sugar free jello pudding. Best ice cream around - as good as the full calorie stuff

No compromise on taste, but too sweet for me
I love barbells protein bars, this drink is nice tasting just like any of their other offerings. I found it too sweet for my liking, I’ve very sensitive tastebuds and I don’t appreciate very sweet things, so it could just be me. I have to dilute it with skimmed milk or lactose free options to keep it reduced in carbs. Or try it as ice cream like many people have suggested. Would buy again for sure.
