Love these! They help my husband and I feel our best. They are, although fairly large pills, very easy to swallow. The definitely work and seem to be great quality. They are well worth the money.

Took approx two days for results to kick in. But I must say these work great!!!!! AND the price is reasonable!!

Excellent value on a wide range of probiotics, all of the ingredients are listed on the label. The health benefits are broad in scope and are pretty much common knowledge now. I started taking them just as soon as I received them, easy to swallow, sat well on my stomach right from the first, and I think that others will have similar results. Today I used one of the capsules to kick start a batch of a type of kvass and already this evening I can see it's starting to work, with a rim of fine bubbles forming on the top of the jar. This will work just fine for anything that a probiotic can do.

These probiotic capsules seem to be great quality. I recommend doing your own research on the different probiotic strains — that’s actually why I chose this brand. It includes several of the same strains found in a more expensive product I’ve used before. I also use these to make homemade yogurt, and they work perfectly! If you decide to do the same, make sure to include inulin in your recipe. My yogurt turned out great using this product.

I got this one because the one I order regularly was out of stock. I purchased this product with little to no expectations, but well - it works. I take 2 pills in the morning on an empty stomach with a cup of cold water, and it's really helped me regulate my bowel movement. It doesn't smell weird, and it's easy to swallow. (It's just average-sized capsules so it's not one of those big capsules that are hard to swallow.) I'd say that this is a great value for money, and I might as well just stick to this one for a while.

Excellent product

definitely is a good product and worked. Know first time using you need to be home and do it early evening. This will build up any deficiency in your gut health you may, aid in digestion helping to get more nutrients into your system. May not need every day but is a good product to tune up your gut health. When your system works right you get many health benefits including better sleep.
