Review: 100% buy them - So I bought these 2 years ago & never used them until now. I’ve been wearing them for three nights now and have seen such a difference in my sleep and energy levels. My face even feels clearer, not sure if that’s an effect or not. I’m a hot sleeper so I was concerned about having them on my feet while sleeping but they aren’t in the way at all and stay on all night. Now I will be honest, mine stink when I take them off and you can smell them before I take them off. Also because I’m a hot sleeper, they come off kinda wet. But when you really think about it, these are essentially tea bags for your feet, and heat escapes through your feet so that makes sense. Also for those saying water will make the pads black too, duh, it’s basically a tea bag so moisture will do that. Its not like your body is releasing dark stuff into the pads which is what I though before purchasing these. The strange thing is, they kind of smell like bacon in the morning. I don't really notice a difference in pain but I did sleep a bit more soundly. The sticky tape leaves your feet really sticky so you definately need to use an exfoliating whipe or soap and water afterwards. I am glad I tried it...but not sure how long this will last since its kind of messy and annoying in the morning.

This is one of those magical products where you have absolutely no idea why it works, but somehow it does. I will buy almost anything that says it will improve sleep, but this also promised circulation increase, etc. I have problems with circulation in my lower legs lately, so I figured I'd give it a try. Normally, because of circulation problems, when I get up, my calves cramp up a little. There was a marked difference in my calves after sleeping with the pads on my feet...also, I really did sleep better. Another benefit was that my usually swollen ankle had lost a lot of the swelling. Finally, I sometimes wake up with an upset stomach. I figured a little ginger couldn't hurt. And I was right...no upset stomach when I use them. So it was a major good experience...until one night that I decided I should uncover the little strip of adhesive that remains covered after removing the paper protector. Do NOT do this. I don't know if that area is a more powerful adhesive or not, but when I took the pads off that morning, the strip took the skin off the bottom of my heel right where the strip was. Didn't happen before and hasn't happened again...just leave well enough alone. Because of the positive results I'm getting with these, I'm going to keep on using them. Oh.....when you take the pads off in the morning, they smell like they had been sitting in a smoker all night. Strange...don't know why, but I thought I'd warn you.
