Had never bought this brand before (to buy cheese), except to buy their butter occassionally, but excellent cheese! Great in any grilled cheese sandwich/warm croissant!

Makes really lovely toasted sandwiches or open toasted grilled cheese and tomato on toast. The taste of Emmentaler is unmistakable with its sweet, nutty flavour and of course holes in the slices.
