Been using Astro Dust for a couple of weeks and I'm really impressed. The chocolate flavour tastes great, mixes easily, and has become part of my nightly routine. I've noticed I'm feeling more relaxed before bed, falling asleep quicker, and waking up feeling refreshed without any grogginess. Definitely worth trying if you're looking to improve your sleep and unwind in the evenings.

Highly recommend this product! I tried the chocolate flavour and the taste is spot on. It tastes like a typical hot chocolate and it’s something you can have as you’re winding down for bed! Prior to taking the product, my sleep quality had taken a negative impact recently due to high stress from high training volume and competitions. After taking the product now for 2 weeks, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality, longer sleep, not waking up during the night and feeling a lot more refreshed in the morning! In particularly, a lot more clear mind and I feel a lot more focussed as of late! So I highly recommend this product if you need help with your sleep and recovery and overall performance, this is definitely a game changer!

I’ve recently started using this and have really enjoyed it so far. I train regularly and spend a lot of time in the gym, so recovery and sleep are important to me. I’ve found it helps me relax in the evening and I’m waking up feeling more refreshed in the mornings. The chocolate flavour is great too and makes it easy to include in my bedtime routine. Great product! Tastes like hot chocolate with both water and with milk! Really helps me wind down and feel sleepy in the evenings, which is something I typically struggle with. Also can’t ignore the fun packaging :)

I’ve been really struggling with anxiety over the past few weeks that’s felt crippling and not allowing me to sleep. I’ve had this chocolate Spacegood drink twice over the past week on evenings where I’ve felt super on edge and it’s really helped me chill out and feel calmer ready for bed. I’ve definitely noticed I’ve slept better too. I’ve been having mine with warmed milk and mixing it through and it just tastes like hot chocolate. Love it.

Has come into my nightly routine and I am loving it! A supplement with all the goodness for a good nights sleep that tastes like a hot chocolate (chocolate flavour). This product has helped me to feel more awake in the mornings so I am ready for the day. Magnesium was definitely a mineral I was lacking in, but Spacegoods Astro dust makes it easy for you to get it into your diet in the form a sweet treat.

Durch große Veränderungen in meinem Leben habe ich seit vielen, vielen Wochen mit Schlafproblemen zu kämpfen. Einschlafen, Durchschlafen, Leichter Schlaf... Nur mit Schlafmitteln ging es einigermaßen, hatte dann aber oft am nächsten morgen Überhang. Seit zwei Wochen trinke ich nun jeden Abend ca. 30 min vor dem Schlafengehen 8g Astro Dust in einem heißen Milch-Wasser-Gemisch - und ich kann einfach so gut schlafen und bin am nächsten Morgen erholt und fit, so wie es sein soll! Was für eine Erleichterung! Nebenbei finde ich auch, dass meine Haut sich verbessert hat, obwohl das einzige, was ich wirklich verändert habe, Astro Dust ist. Vielleicht auch durch Reishi? Vielleicht Tremella? Vielleicht Jujube? Vielleicht die Kombi? Was aber niemand sagt: Vorsicht bei Personen mit Leberproblemen, insbesondere, wenn noch andere Präparate mit Ashwagandha eingenommen werden! Ansonsten - Absolute Kaufempfehlung für Personen mit Schlafproblemen.

Das Zeug ist gut. Lecker auch. Süßlich. Stevia. Nur, ...die Tüte sieht im Netz geiler aus als in echt😆

I initially got this as I previously ordered the pink one that helped a lot with focus at work. I didn't realize initially that this blue version is specifically to make you calm and to be taken before bed. It did have a calming effect, but I was still able to work with it. Also, I like the chocolate taste. Only 1 spoon needed.

Ich mag den Geschmack sehr und schlafe damit besser.

Hilft mir gut beim Einschlafen, allerdings nehme ich viel Wasser weil es mir zu süß ist
