I just kind of bought this on a whim, so I'm not even sure what all effect it was suppose to have. I figured I probably didn't eat quite enough veggies, and for my entire I've regularly digestive issue after dinner (2-3 times a week). It was more expensive than I wanted it to be, but I figured the per serving cost was worth it for knowing what I was getting and having something backed by at least some data. Well, they can charge me whatever they want now. I'll never stop buying this. I haven't had ANY digestion issues in WEEKS. None. I can't fathom what this stuff is doing to/for me to fix a problem I've had, and been to the doctor for multiple times, my entire life. One of the single most effective products I think I've ever purchased in my almost 40 years. It tastes pretty bad and smells even worse, but it mixes really easy, so I just do the 8 ounces and take it like a shot straight out of the shaker. Hard for me to comment on energy level, because that has never really been an issue for me, but I generally think I feel a little better during the day. I'm also sleeping better, which could mean I'm using more energy during the day. I couldn't be happier. Truly a marvel.

This is an expensive product and I hate to spend a lot on this type of thing - but honestly, it’s worth it! The flavor is great, it dissolves well and you’ll feel good!

TLDR: I have Gerd and have had it since I was young. I am 38 years old, M 6'4" 245lbs. Tried many multivitamins over the years. Always seem to either have a chest/head cold or gut health issue while taking, chalked it up to bad genetics. Some multis/probiotics seem to work for energy and focus, but the common denominator they all seem to share was causing my acid reflux/Gerd to flare up. I have been off&on PPI's for at least the past 20 years. Prilosec, pantoprazole etc and high doses. I was starting to have negative side effects bone issues muscle spasms etc... I tried so many things to combat what I was taking but nothing seemed to work or triggered other side effects. Between watching Derek on vice grip garage and my coworker I was heavily influenced to give AG1 a shot. I started taking AG1 about a month ago while still taking PPIs. By the end of the first week I noticed my reflux had completely subsided so I cycled off pantoprazole 40mg. What some folks may not say or others might have said was AG1 may clean you out the first week. I'm talking tar 💩!! It did for me but Im glad to have stuck with it. Here I am a month later multiple of my colleagues Im in close contact with have been extremely sick and all I caught was minor sniffles and a sore throat for a day or two! I have NEVER been one to recover quickly from a cold, ever! My gym routine is much better! My sleep and focus during the day has greatly improved. Like seriously I might only get 6 to 7 hours of sleep a night because I'm so much busier now after work and I wake up feeling rested and ready to face the day. I rarely consume caffeine, maybe one can of soda a day (which I'm working on getting rid of.) So far, for me personally AG1 has been a complete life changer and I could not be more thankful!! Seriously its worth giving a try, I bet if you are consistent and watch your food intake (good clean food no junk) you will feel amazing.

I like the taste and love all the vitamins and minerals. I think it is a bit expensive. I see now on the pack I ordered that it’s just a refill and doesn’t come with the scooper which is my fault for not seeing that but seriously you can’t put in a cheap plastic scoop? I originally bought the 7 day starter that came with the bottle and 7 travel packets so I never got a scoop and now I still don’t have one to know how much a scoop is when the directions say use a scoop.

IMHO, AG1 is the superior multi-vitamin and pre-and-pro biotic supplement. After a lot of label comparisons and general supplement reading/research, I keep coming back to AG1. It offers a better nutritional foundation than Huel and popular gummy supplements—especially if you add the AG d3+k2 drops (which are sold as a separate liquid for quality-protection purposes). AG1 has helped decrease my appetite (especially in the morning) and increase my energy. For me, it tastes best with 4oz of low-sugar orange juice and 4oz of water. Mixing it with orange juice also supports better absorption of creatine supplements. Fiber supplements should be taken at least 4 hours before or after AG1 to avoid bloating and interfering with its pre/probiotic gut benefits. Pro tip: if you’re unsure whether or not AG1 is right for you, or will work well with your current supplement regime, ask AI to evaluate your supplement strategy. AG1 is worth the money for those who want to invest in their health.

Its a good way to take vitamins. I think its easier than pills. Taste wasn't my fave initially, but its kinda grown on me. Its easy to mix together. I add creatine and vitamin D to mine as well.

AG1 has alot of YouTube content creators promoting their product, which helped me learn about them. When I researched it, I was drawn to the high quality promise, and they have not disappointed. The taste is slightly earthy, but it is not offensive at all. But you will notice that the powder dissolves relatively well in cool water and it has an earthy smell, but with a slightly citrusy tone to it. All I need to do is add it to a bottle of water and shake it up. It seems to dull the appetite slightly, and is fairly easy to consume daily.
