No Amazon package.The product cartoon was given bare. Late delivery. One item missing. Worst is even after 15 minutes warming, food is not warm. Only the outer boxes and the plastic body gets heated. Risky to heat up further. Don't gift this item.

Product is gud. But there are no steps to hold it over sholder, wire keeping box is also under handle make inconvenience to use wire daily use
