The Card was fine for 2 months but stopped working with an error of "card not found". Their Support said my phone is incompatible however, I was able to add an eSIM and use normally during that timeframe. I would avoid since the product seems inconsistent and they have no ability nor desire to correct the situation.

Great product for all phone without eSIM capability. The customer service people are very patient in helping me the setup process. They are responsible seller!

My android phone is not esim compatible, so I used this esim card to be able to have access to data when not on wifi when I was in Europe. Also had to purchase esim data of course, which wasn't expensive. I did not buy the data from EIOT (the maker of this esim card) even though it was available from them. Using a different company for the data wasn't a problem. Of course, when using this esim card, I could not text or make/receive calls. But I knew that would be the case. This esim card worked as it was supposed to and was easy to use.

It worked for me and even came with a bonus 1GB service. How the heck do they package all that stuff into that little bitty card anyway?

It works really well for what it needs to do, but my biggest gripe is the app itself. The UI takes a bit to figure out as profile switching isn't entirely clear. But the worst thing is that you need an internet connection in order to switch profiles. It doesn't tell you this and will just fail if you try, but when you land wherever you're going, if you can't get on the airport wifi, or didn't switch prior, you won't be able to switch to the eSIM profile you want to use!

They don't say that not all phones are compatible, my Redmi 10C isn't, I can't add or edit profiles unless I use the eSIM reader. It doesn't make sense to me, I'll have to change phones.... 19 usd lost

Very good SIM card. From the moment I inserted it into the device, it was detected, and the trial works even while I’m in Costa Rica. Overall, I highly recommend this product, especially if you plan to travel frequently

La instalación me costo un poco de trabajo pero al final funciona muy bien mi, le instale una esim de España sin complicaciones y buena recepcion. Saludos

La esim fue fácil de activar viene con datos de Movistar mi teléfono es dual sim, pero no soporta Esim. Active un esim de WIM (AT&T) y funcionan las llamadas, SMS y Datos.

La tarjeta se abrió y se registró a nombre de otra persona.

Había adquirido la eSIM.me para contratar planes de eSIM pero en Mexico sólo funciona con la red Altan (Mexfon, Bait por ejemplo) que no es muy rápida. Intenté instalar un eSIM de Wim y no funcionó y buscando otra opción encontré EIOTClub que funciona perfecto con la red Att que es mucho más rápida. Además permite tener 9 planes de eSIM instalados al mismo tiempo. Muy recomendable.
