Better than expected!
My wife purchased one of these last year and uses it nonstop! She did a ton of research before purchasing, including watching the Vacuum Wars review, and for the price, this robot vacuum is absolutely worth it. She has purchased additional accessories, including replacement mop pads, rollers, sweepers, and air filters. The Mova does a great job keeping our house clean and saves us a lot of time. The battery life is also really impressive and lasts a long time. Setup was fairly simple, and the app on your phone is very easy to navigate. You can customize the cleaning settings to fit your needs. She also purchased a specific floor-cleaning solution that we really like. We use it in the designated liquid-cleaner compartment, and it has worked really well for us with the Mova. It does a great job cleaning our floors and hasn’t caused us any issues. Overall, we’ve been very happy with the Mova and would definitely recommend it!

This is a great robot that avoids obstacles and keeps house clean
I have had the Mova P10 Pro Ultra for approximately 6 months. I purchased this robot during spring prime deals due to us having a short haired pit/lab mix that sheds a significant amount. This model was recommended as one of the best deals from Just A Dad Approved at the time and I completely agree. My number one concern with a robot vacuum was that it would get stuck on obstacles in our well lived in home that has kids toys, clothes, and other obstacles. This vacuum has successfully avoided the majority of obstacles and been able to keep our house clean. The only thing that has hung it up are a hand towel that was left out for cleaning dogs paws, clear plastic sandwich/storage bags that fell on the floor and occasionally a piece of construction paper. It successfully avoids socks, cords, blankets, bookbags, boxes, shoes. The obstacle avoidance is impressive. The included rubber brush roll does a good job of collecting dog fur, dust and small dirt/stones. When I go over the carpets with a hoover vacuum the dust bin is empty. It is not able to pick up fuzz or fake fur that sticks to carpet fibers from the dog tearing apart his toys. I tried the upgraded tri-cut brush and I don't notice an additional improved ability to collect fuzz off the carpet. I also still have to clear long hair from my daughters and wife off the ends of the tri-cut brush, although less often than the standard brush. I'm not all in on the tri-cut brush as an added accessory. The only area this robot struggles in cleaning carpets along edges as the side brush does not run when it's on carpet. Even with this limitation our carpets look great after it runs and I am amazed how clean it gets our entry way guard carpet mat. Battery life is adequate to vacuum our first floor which is about 1100sq ft and I think it could do higher square footage. I did not purchase this robot for it's mopping function, but it actually turns out I really like this feature. It does a great job keeping our kitchen and main entryway hall laminate flooring mopped, as long as it is run regularly. I have it set to vacuum and then mop 2x a week and I can honestly say our kitchen/hall floors have never looked cleaner and there has been no need to Swiffer wet jet. The robot has a feature that takes extra time to clean around chair and table legs with one of the mop pads extended and it does a reasonably good job. With this frequency of mopping I'm still using the original mop pads. I have hand washed them a few times, especially in the spring when there was more mud/dirt in the house. Also note I have the mop pad wash interval set to the smallest increment square footage of 108sq ft, otherwise some dirt streaking was noticed on the floor; this is expected as based on teardowns I've seen of the base station online, detergent is only in the mop-pad wash water and the water the robot adds to the pads during mopping is just clean water. The residual detergent on the mop pads during mopping pulls up a surprising amount of dirt, as evidence by the brown water in the waste tank. The self empty dock is great, the robot docks and empties it's dust container, it keeps the mop pads clean, they dry properly. The reservoir, waste tank, and dust bag are all adequate size that I only have to think about it weekly and the app notifies me if more water is needed or the waste tank needs emptying when I forget. The final part of this review I'll talk about mapping and the app. I have the robot setup with maps of my first floor where the dock is located and my second floor which I carry the robot to so it can do cleaning. The initial mapping of my house was relatively quick. The robot does seem to detect more carpet than I have, but you can just ignore recommended carpet areas and manually specify what flooring types you have in the app. You can also manually add furniture and obstacles if needed and have the robot remap if it missed an area. I always manually empty the dustbin when cleaning the second floor as there is no dock available to auto empty. It doesn't seem like the robot will stop automatically when it's dust bin is full and there is not dock on that floor. If it does automatically stop, it doesn't do so frequently enough, so I usually have it do one room at a time. Switching between floors in the app is more clumsy than I would like, but functional; It would be great if Mova would automatically switch the robot back to the primary map when you have the robot in the dock, but it doesn't and I've had a few times where it will not run my scheduled routines because it thinks it's on the second floor even though it's parked in the dock. There is a setting for intelligent detection of what floor the robot is on that I have not tried. On the topic of settings, the app provides many customizable settings and takes some playing around to figure out what works best; while appreciate the customizable settings, it seems many of the best/optimal settings are turned off by default. In summary this is a great robot vacuum/mop for a house with kids that leave obstacles all over and a short hair dog that sheds enough in a month to make a clone of him. It has held up 6 months and I'm still on the original filter, mop pads, side brush, etc. I do not run the vacuum daily, but a few times a week is adequate and our house has never been cleaner with minimal effort to maintain it. I don't see any reason I would purchase a higher end robot given how great this one is.

It only lasts 6 months, customer service is appalling, and the 3 year warranty is worthless.
I bought the Mova P10 Ultra 6 months ago. The reviews were fantastic, it was a great price, and above all, I was attracted to the 3 year warranty that MOVA offered. It worked superbly right of the box, did everything MOVA promised, and had loads of features. We were very happy. ...... until 6 months later. The mop pads would repeatedly fall off their magnetic mounts, preventing it from cleaning. Very annoying when you've left it to work away, only to find it failed when you got home. Then I noticed that the mops weren't getting cleaned, and that it wasn't receiving any water from the base station, or sending dirty water back to it. I'm quite meticulous in keeping things in good condition, and it had been regularly cleaned, and we often used the cleaning function, so it couldn't have been any build up of dirt that was blocking the water. Filters regularly replaced, tanks washed out etc etc. We take care of our things in our house. At the same time as the water supply failed, it then started going really haywire. The robot would try to leave the base station, but would only go around around in circles before crapping out. I contacted MOVA customer support that day by email. The next day, they told me to send it back to them for repair under warranty. All good, and they paid for shipping. Two weeks later, it was sent back to me. On opening the box, I discover that one of the base station lid hinges was completely broken. It was perfectly fine when I sent it in for repair. After properly setting it up on the app and in my house, I set it off. Only to find it had EXACTLY the same problem of moving around in tight circles, and failing to go anywhere further. An audio warning kept repeating that the wheels weren't on the ground, even though they clearly were (the vacuum cleaner does not levitate). I was very angry. Basically, it had been sent back to me damaged and in worse condition than I sent it to them for repair! I emailed customer service again, supplying videos and photos of the problem and asking for a replacement or refund. We have guests coming to stay this Christmas and we need it to work. We also run a pet training company, supplying pets for movies and TV, so you can imagine that we need to keep the floors clean daily. That was four days ago. And despite, phone calls, and numerous emails, I have had not one single reply. This is incredibly disappointing. Customer service has been appalling. Their repairs department send the cleaner back to you in need of more repair than was required on first sending it in, and clearly the three year warranty is absolutely worthless. I'm now going to choose between taking MOVA to the small claims court for a refund, or contacting AMEX whose card I used to pay for it, for a chargeback. AMEX are brilliant at doing this and then take the issue up on your behalf with the company. If the company don't cooperate, AMEX raises their credit card charges on every tranaction the company makes (I thoroughly recommend paying with AMEX). Mova, you're a disgrace. I hope you're reading this review along with the many, many others I've left for you on YouTube, review sites and your social media pages. For potential customers, I have no doubt you'll find this robot really great out of the box. But there are no other reviews out there except this one, that will give you an opinion on the longevity of this product. The truth is, from my experience, their products are substandard and do not last. Customer service are of no help at all, and the 3 year warranty means absolutely nothing. If you're happy replacing it every 6 months, then this is the vacuum cleaner for you. Personally, I'd spend more on getting a better brand cleaner that will last longer and thus be much cheaper in the long run. See my video and photo and make your own opinion. Do not buy. Avoid. And run for the hills. Shame on you MOVA.

Really good robot vacuum with room for improvement
I stayed away from robot vacuums for years because I didn’t think they could clean well. A few months ago, I purchased a budget Roomba from Amazon solely to test the idea, and I was surprised at how well it handled carpets. But it still missed corners and small debris, and it felt outdated. After watching reviews—especially from JustADadApproved—I kept hearing that the Mova P10 offered the best value. The original price was too high for me, but when it dropped to $400 on Black Friday, I decided to give it a try. I did some research on this MOVA brand, and it turns out to be a relatively new company from China. Its parent company is Dreame, and both brands operate under Xiaomi, which is one of the largest tech companies in China. In the beginning, Xiaomi had Roborock under its umbrella. Roborock eventually became independent, and Xiaomi later established the Dreame brand. Dreame used a lot of the intellectual property developed initially during the Roborock era and grew quickly with that foundation. After that, Dreame created the Mova sub-brand to offer more affordable robot products while still keeping solid performance and features. When the vacuum arrived, the box was slightly damaged, but the setup was straightforward. The instructions are brief, but once you connect it to Wi-Fi, fill the water tank, and place the dock, everything else is straightforward. The first mapping run shocked me—in ten minutes, it mapped my entire downstairs, something my old Roomba needed almost an hour to do. The difference came from the combination of LiDAR, front sensors, and the camera. Navigation and obstacle avoidance were significantly more intelligent from the outset. The cleaning performance was good, although not perfect. On tile with deep grout, it struggled a bit unless the suction was set to turbo or max; at that point, it becomes deafening. I have uploaded a video where you can hear the sound. Sometimes it misses some spots in the furnished area, especially around chairs. In those areas, it also struggles to find a path and wonders for some time. Cleaning, however, was excellent. It got better with each run, and it didn’t miss any major spots. It also has an LED light and can clean effectively in a dark room with the lights off. The most considerable improvement came when I switched to the tri-cut brush, which I bought separately. That made a significant difference in grout lines, and I honestly think the vacuum should come with it by default. The mopping system feels premium for this price. It uses fresh water mixed with detergent from the dock to fill its tank and spray its mop during cleaning. It washes and dries the mop pad with high-temperature water. It did miss a few small areas, but overall, the dirty water was proof that it was doing its job. The auto-emptying dock also worked well, pulling out everything from the dustbin. My biggest complaint is the app. It’s cluttered with tabs like marketplace and forum that feel unnecessary. The features are powerful, but the interface has a learning curve and no clear tutorials. As a Chinese brand, there are also privacy concerns, particularly with the camera option, which enables remote navigation of your home. Despite the downsides, the overall performance for the price is excellent. The vacuum cleans well, the mapping is fast and accurate, and the mopping station feels high-end. With the tri-cut brush, the cleaning performance becomes even better. I would recommend the Mova P10 to anyone curious about robot vacuums. However, with so many premium brands dropping their prices, the next year or two will likely bring even better deals across the board.

A vacuum that punches way above its weight class. Two very minor gripes
I bought this robovac after doing extensive research online comparing features to value. This was the most recommended vacuum in terms of value, in that it punches way above its weight class compared to other robovacs in its price range. It has features that you only see in vacuums almost twice as expensive. Suffice to say, I was very excited about being able to live with this vacuum. I have a german shepherd who sheds a whole dogs worth of hair daily; I mean it's unbelievable. A robovac is a must to prevent my apartment from becoming a hairpocalypse. I'm coming from the shark AI robovac which lasted me for 3-4 years and did an amazing job with the dog hair, although not great on carpet. It finally kicked the bucket when it ran over pieces of my dog's poop and.... yeah you know the rest. I was very intent on finding a vacuum that had good obstacle avoidance so this doesn't happen. It arrived in very nice packaging, feels like an expensive product when you unwrap it. All the components are solid, well built, and seem durable. It even comes with cleaner that you can put into the compartment that washes the mops. It was very easy to set up, took maybe 10-15 minutes from opening the box to connecting it to my phone and having it ready for cleaning. The app is not the most intuitive, but it does work well and you can find all the features on it relatively easy, you just sometimes have to search for it. The vacuum on this robovac is very strong, it sucks up absolutely everything - which sometimes sucks cuz it does get wrapped up on random cords and stuff. It does a great job on the carpet, I barely have to deshed my carpet anymore, as I used to have to weekly. This vac picks up all the dog hair very well. The mop functionality works well too, it has a self-cleaning system, and uses hot water, and uses detergent to make it smell good. You can switch between mopping and vacuuming easily in the app. The vacuum will come back to the dock and clean it's mop and suck up the dirt. It does a dang good job of these things, I'm very impressed. It even takes pictures of obstacles including your pet, and keeps obstacles on the map. It is very intelligent in that way. It has great obstacle avoidance and very rarely gets stuck. The shark ai vacuum rarely got stuck either but it definitely did WAY more than this one. The only gripes I have with the thing, and these are minor inconveniences that I can live with. The mops are detacheable, and unlike other higher-end vacuums where the robovac drops its mops off at the doc before vacuuming, this one leaves the mops on and raises them when vacuuming. This causes the mops to occasionally fall off when it is vacuuming over carpet and other surfaces. It doesn't happen very often, but it will once or twice a week if your running it daily. So then you have to go to the vacuum and put the mop back. The other gripe I have is that it's suction of dirt and hair from the robovac to the compartment and dust bag is not as good as the shark vacuum. The shark vacuum has a reuseable and very large compartment where it can store dust and hair for weeks. This one fills up the bag rather quickly, and the first couple times vacuuming, the hair just got stuck in the vac and wouldn't go into the bag. I'd have to manually clean the robot itself of the hair because it just clumps and gets stuck. I learned that I have to set the robovac to empty itself more frequently, which you can set in the app. Once I did this, the hair doesn't clump anymore and it sucks everything up. The only thing is the bag does fill up quickly, and you have to put in replacements. They are pretty affordable on amazon for replacements so it's not that big of a deal. These two gripes I have I think are pretty minor when compared to this absolute workhorse of a vac. It just vacuums and mops so well, and it cleans itself and vacs itself up. The water and dirty water compartments are easy to get to and change. It just works really well, and I'm very happy with that. I think in order to get rid of those gripes I have, I'd have to buy a MUCH more expensive vacuum. Therefore, I'm overall extremely happy with it and hope to keep it for a long time. The jump in technology from the shark ai to this is just astounding, after just a few years it seems like robovacs have entered a whole new era. I can't wait until a few years down the road when robovacs will literally be terminator style robots that vacuum and mop for you, then do your dishes and laundry. I'm just kidding, that won't be for a long time. But yes I'd recommend this robovac at the price its at, especially if you get it on black friday or at a discount, it is well worth the price. You'd have to buy a much more expensive vacuum to get this kind of functionality, features, and performance. Hopefully customer service and warranty and durability are good too, but since I've only had this vacuum for 2 months or so, I can't attest to any of that stuff.

Great vacuum & mop robot for the price! Update added
We've had this for five months and have no regrets! We've had Roomba vacuum only robots and wanted to add mopping with our cats. The price and features of the Mova P10 Pro Ultra are what sold us. No regrets at all on this purchase! It is quiet on the standard vacuum setting. It does get louder with the carpet setting or high suction setting (haven't used the latter). Most robot vacuums get louder the longer they are used, but this has only gotten slightly louder with three times a week use. The mopping is not like hand mopping, but it does get the enough of the dirt and dust off the floor for us to be happy using it. The battery strength is great, as it can clean our downstairs (about 1800 ft) in one charge. Even with mopping it only has to go back for a short charge before it is able to finish. The water canister holds enough water that we can do two weeks (two mopping sessions) on one fill. The self-empty base is louder than the vacuum, but nothing like the jet engine loudness our old robot self-empty was. Vacuuming three times a week keeps the debris down, so it only requires a self-empty when the session is completed. The filter is located under the top of the vacuum, so it has to be removed from the base to access it, making it a little less convenient than our older robot. The rinseable filter is really nice. We alternate between two filters (2nd purchased separately) to allow time to dry, and after 5 months, the original one looks like it might need to be replaced (unable to get some of the debris out between the folds). Changing out the side brush is very easy, and the durability of the side brush is probably my only issue with the machine (we've had to change it out several times because it has worn and frayed). It does have a camera, but we don't use it for security reasons. UPDATE: Our vacuum went over cat diarrhea in front of the litter box before we realized it was there. Unlike older Roombas where we could open the back and clean in the wheel wells the few times we need to do this, this vacuum has a void sticker on one of the screws. I called Mova customer service and they were understanding. Because we purchased through Amazon, we didn't qualify for send in service, so they will replace the vacuum and base with a refurbished one-the option that didn't void the warranty. Our experience with our robot vacuum was excellent up to this point. I will keep our rating at 4 stars because their customer service was responsive, but disappointed that the robot didn't recognize the cat diarrhea and avoid it.

Great vacuum at an wonderful price
A Massive Upgrade That Outperforms Our Frustrating $1,000 Model After our expensive, $1,000 robot vacuum finally gave up the ghost—and continually tested our patience with constant Wi-Fi dropouts—we were hesitant to find a replacement. Fortunately, this model completely blew us away. Setting it up was an absolute breeze, connecting to our home Wi-Fi instantly without any of the endless troubleshooting headaches we experienced with our previous machine. When it comes to cleaning performance, it offers incredible versatility. You can easily direct it to clean the whole house, a single specific room, or a custom-drawn zone depending on your daily needs. It also features a fantastic variety of scheduling programs to manage cleaning hours and charging cycles seamlessly. The hardware design is equally smart, featuring two dedicated extensions—one specifically for the vacuum brush and another for the mop. Best of all, the app includes a convenient countdown notice for accessory replacements, taking all the guesswork out of maintenance. Mapping the house was remarkably straightforward and fast, allowing us to easily save distinct layouts for both our first and second floors. Given how poorly our previous $1,000 vacuum performed, finding a machine that works this flawlessly at a fraction of the cost is a total game-changer. An easy 5-star rating. We couldn't be happier!

★★☆☆☆ Great when it works — but a mechanical flaw killed it, and Mova's support made it worse
I've owned this vacuum/mop combo for about nine months, and until recently it was genuinely excellent. Suction, mapping, and mopping performance were all strong, and I had no complaints about day-to-day use. The problem started with the auto-docking function. Specifically, whenever the mop pads are attached, the robot fails to climb the ramp into the charging dock — the wheels just spin in place. It works fine in vacuum-only mode, which points to a mechanical issue with the mop assembly's weight distribution or hardware, not a software bug. I sent the unit in for repair under warranty, fully cleaned, in the original manufacturer box, in brand new condition, with all parts packed in their original protective containers. Mova originally told me the repair would take about two weeks. Instead, the unit was in their possession for roughly 18 hours and shipped back to me the very next day — barely enough time to open the box, let alone properly diagnose and repair a mechanical fault. I have serious doubts anything was actually fixed. That suspicion was confirmed almost immediately. Mova's team claimed the mop motor was replaced and that their testing video showed normal docking. My own video, taken right after the "repaired" unit was reinstalled, showed the exact same failure. On top of that, the unit came back in noticeably worse physical condition than when I sent it — dirty wheels, a scratched ramp, a scuffed lidar cover, insufficient bubble wrap, and the vacuum itself loose inside the box, contained only in a plastic bag. The original box wasn't even returned. Mova's support acknowledged the damage and took responsibility for it, but offered no actual remedy. All photos and videos taken after the "repair" once I received it back. When I asked for a refund or replacement, I was told "too much time has passed" — despite the purchase being only nine months old, a quarter of the way into Mova's own published three-year warranty on this product. Their only offer was to send it in for a second repair, after the first one failed to fix the problem and caused additional damage. Just two days after getting it back, it's clear the docking failure never actually went away — it's still there, and now even more inconsistent than before. I'm giving two stars instead of one because when this machine works, it's a genuinely good vacuum and mop. But a recurring hardware failure combined with unhelpful, evasive customer service and a refusal to honor their own warranty terms means I can't recommend it right now. If you're considering this model, know that if something goes wrong, getting it actually fixed — or getting any accountability — is a real fight.

Best robot vacuum
I’ve been using the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra every day for more than a month, and it has honestly changed my cleaning routine. It doesn’t just vacuum — it mops, empties its own dustbin, cleans and dries the mop pads, and even handles its own water refills. Once it’s set up, there’s barely anything left for you to do. The suction is strong on both hardwood and tile, and the automatic mop-lifting helps it move across carpeted spots without leaving moisture behind. Navigation is excellent as well. Thanks to the LiDAR system, it moves around furniture with precision and rarely bumps into anything. If I had to point out one drawback, it’s the size of the base station. It occupies a bit of room, but the convenience it provides makes the extra space completely worth it. Overall, this model earns a solid 9/10 from me. It’s quiet, it performs consistently, and it packs in a ton of smart features for its price. A great pick if you want a cleaning robot that practically runs itself.

Mova P10 Pro Ulta Highly recommended
UK BUYERS BEWARE: If you are a UK customer check the voltage conforms to UK 240volts, my mova P10 was imported By Amazon UK from Amazon US. It was delivered 110 voltage(US 110v). Good old Amazon UK sorted it for me and delivered me a compatible Stepdown Converter 240v to 110v, it works fine. Brilliant robot, cleaning - mopping tiled floors and hoovering carpets it makes a thorough job. It's schedule makes housework so easy. *Mova robot hoovers all the rooms (tiled floors and carpets) every day. *On Saturdays, the robot washes and mops all the tiled floors while we are out shopping. Accurate mapping of your home is very important for your robot to work its best. We have mirrored wardrobe doors and it kept seeing the reflection as a double size room. It caused the robot a lot of confusion so we had to scan a new map with the mirrors covered. Manually setting which areas are carpets improves the cleaning performance. Each time it cleans it scans and learns to better clean, the first clean for all rooms took 116 minutes, now it does the same good job in 81 minutes. Setting your own shortcuts allows you clean rooms of your choice in whatever order and how you want them cleaned. You can then schedule those shortcuts to run. I have "Number1" shortcut to hoover all rooms: and "Number2" shortcut to mop all tiled rooms. The wife loves the Mova voice assistant where she can tell it to spot clean rooms on command. Just a note this robot is not a carpet washer, it has only one clean mode to vaccuums carpets. The robot has two clean modes for hard floors, one cleaning mode vacuums hard floors and the second cleaning mode mops/washes hard floors.

Awesome robot with a but....
I am writing this review to let the future buyers know what to expect if you buy this product. The reason I gave 5 starts because buys have the tendency to read mostly the positive reviews to make their purchase decision, the same mistake I have done. I should have read the one star reviews as well to find out what wrong with the product. I purchased this robot just 2.5months back in Canada and I was very happy with the purchase until the robot stopped working one day. What's good: Feature wise this is an outstanding robot, the app is awesome. I didn't have any issues setting it up and mapping my house. I also scheduled the robot to clean my house every other day. It gets the job done. The robot gave a great service for 2 months. There were few times when the robot would stop in the middle of the cleaning process when mopping pads came off after getting tangled with by phone and laptop charger wire. Don't leave any wires lying aroung on the floor as the obstucle detection system cannot detect it and gets tangled. What's bad: It's just only 2 months and the battery started draining significantly faster. On a single charge battery couldn't even clean a 400 sq ft area. It will stop in the middle and the app would show Robot Offline message. This is really unacceptable for $800 robot to go bad in just 2 months. Day by day the battery capacity got worst and I had to call service center as it passed the 30 day return window. My experience with customer care: Unlike a lot of unhappy customers my experience with Customer Support was not awful. Users complained about non existant customer support but it's not true atleast for Canada. I called their customer support and with two tries someone picked up the phone and opened a service ticket to escalate to the tech team. I demanded refund but they clearly denied as it passed the 30 day return window. After the first call over phone the next interactions I had was over email. They were pretty prompt in responding to emails. After giving me some basic troubleshooting tips like wipe the sensor and do a hard reboot etc, they asked me to send the robot to a service center. A shipping label was created and sent to my email. Initially they asked me to ship the entire device (robot with the docking station) which I objected as I didn't have the original packaging. Also my issue was with the battery only. Finally they agreed and asked me to ship the robot only. You will get 15 days to send the robot to the service center. After I send the robot the work was done in a day and they shipped it back the next day. I think all total it took only 5 days to get the robot fixed which was awesome. As part of the fix they had to change both the battery and the mother board. I am not sure why they changed the motherboard!! Today I did my first testing after service and everything is working fine. I had to do the setup one more time. I will keep the review updated with the experience so that it helps future buyer to make decision. I think I would not go with Mova rather buy something from their parent company DREAME.
