This stone is absolutely ideal: the stone itself is both pretty and interesting, with the layers of different gemstones. It's extremely well-finished and very smooth, with a perfectly-shaped concave bit for rubbing your thumb in when you need grounding. It's on an adjustable thong, so can be worn round the neck or wrist as it suits.Very happy with this and would buy again.
