Being lactose intolerant and soy allergic (short end of the stick huh?) my protein options have been pretty limited, the Carnivor protein digested well and once you adjusted to the taste it was nearly palatable. My goals have changed a bit and my workouts require a greatly increased calorie intake so in my hunt for more calories I figure why not give Carnivor Mass a shot considering my luck with them thus far. My only complaint is that I didn't start off with the Mass rather than the regular protein shake. It took a few weeks of constant use to see a difference, but the Vanilla Carmel flavor is excellent and after consistent use my weight and my lifts are reflecting the increased calorie and protein intake.
