(WARNING: TMI AHEAD. IF BOWEL HABITS GROSS YOU OUT, SKIP THIS REVIEW) I am 43 with perimenopause and peri triggered ADHD on a level that ranks on the most severe adult ADHD on the spectrum. As a graphic designer who designs and sells my own stationery as well as custom stationery, I no longer could come up with new ideas, my memory felt like early onset dementia, I had to have a friend act as a caretaker to force me out of bed because my body ached so bad and I’d be fine early in the mornings around 4-6am and by 1pm was having full on panic attacks. HRT stopped the hot flashes from being so frequent and intense, eased the muscle and joint pain and helped with the physical symptoms l, but for the entire six + years of this perimenopausal phase, I hadn’t been able to have a single normal bowel movement, easily going a week to 15 days without so much as a pebble sized piece of waste exiting my body. I had numerous trips to the ER, ultrasounds, CT scans of my abdomen and lady parts and tons of bloodwork, which all came out good except for an unrelated issue with a bile duct that I was born with and wasn’t a factor in my slow gut motility. In 2022 I had finally made it to six figures and had the full time business I had dreamed of. Then one year later it all ended. This took a toll on my mental health. Trying to find a way to manage this gut issue and drop some of the 50 extra pounds added to my 5’2” former frame tanked my self esteem and I can’t take GLP-1 meds due to the constipation and I don’t recognize who I am anymore. I began the “shroom juice” as I call it, one shot in a 16 ounce bottle of water daily every morning, but after three weeks I had given up and accepted it was going to work for me. I felt no energy boost, no neuro enhancement nor ADHD relief. Now while this could be sheer coincidence, one month into taking the shroom juice, I suddenly woke up at 7:30 am one morning and had the most massive bowel movement of my life. Then later that day another and another that night. I began going to the bathroom like I’d never gone in my life. What was always similar to rocks became literal 6-8” healthy excrement. Then come 2-3pm I’d have to go again, leaving the same amount behind in the toilet. Then a smaller BM before bed. This went on for three months. I ran out of shroom juice, developed hemorrhoids and started a protein shake (with fiber) around the same time. Within a few days the constipation returned and hemorrhoids were worse than ever. It was exactly one month into taking this product that my gut habits changed. I’ve ordered another bottle to see if it was indeed the shroom juice that helped me reset my gut microbiome and had me going again. I’ll update if I’m able to start going again once I begin the liquid again. Apologies for the TMI, but if you know…you know. Some of my BMs were 8” in length and usually 2X daily, leading my body to do a complete 180°. It was three months of feeling better than I had in my life all to end either because I stopped the product or because of the protein shake. I’ll post an update when I know for sure it was the shroom juice that triggered the healthy BMs, but I can at least say it caused no negative effects whatsoever.

These drops are fantastic. I seen a more expensive infomercial explaining all the health benefits of each mushroom. I've been experiencing low energy, foggy thinking and a lack of focus so I started researching myself and was lead to this brand. I wanted some thing natural. After the first two days of using this, I definitely felt a huge difference with no side effects. I'm already on my second bottle. I use a dropper every morning in my coffee. I also took a UA and these drops didn't give me a false positive. I wake up energized and can focus better throughout the day at work. I will keep repurchasing this product. It works great for me!!

I like it for the benefits seems to work a bit better or have more potency than Mary Ruth's however I do not care for the fruity flavor; it doesn't go well with my coffee. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars . It's pretty good in juice and I do have energy, not afternoon crash and clarity.
