Delivered on time. All attachments are there. I haven’t used it yet besides testing it to make sure it works. I need to learn how to fully use it but overall it’s a great buy. Can’t wait til winters over.

I received a package on time and when I open the package, I proceeded to to set up the install of the update software. I did everything by instructions and the product would not operate properly. I could not update my GoPro. I tried to manually update by installing things on the SD card with my computer That also failed. I tried to contact support and they’re charging me eight they’re trying to charge me $80 for support. I’m very unhappy with this product and I want a refund.
