So far so good! Installed this for a garage attic lift and it's been working great!

The hoist works great. I use it to lift firewood to the second deck of my mountain cabin. Very good value product and works as advertised.

Well built, works great, love the wireless remote control. I took the unit partially apart and unwired the cabled remote, leaving only the wireless, and it works great. One very important flaw, however, which may or may not be an issue for your situation, is that the top of the hoist is not flat. It's slightly rounded, making installation of aftermarket trolleys a problem, if the trolley has a flat mounting bar. I had to do some re-engineering to make it work as smoothly as possible. UPDATE: As I began to use the hoist, on the third lift of something that weighs about 100 pounds, a bright spark flew out of the motor, and the entire unit stopped working. Press “up” it hums but does not move. Press “down” and nothing happens.

The winch will work to lift my camper shell off my truck. The main problem with this one (and all of the others that are essentially the same item) is that they require mounting using the super strut metal track, which makes it maddingly hard to install. There should be a provision to flush mount against a wall or ceiling.

Installed as a hoist for my Jeep hard top in the attic. Working perfectly, not very noisy.

Easy to install, also used rollers and a track to move easy.

Extremely solid. But also extremely heavy. Too heavy for the ceiling support. Returned and still looking for lighter weight hoost

Lieferung vollständig, Gerät macht, was es soll. HAbe damit meine Sommer-/Winterräder auf und vom Dachboden gehievt. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Die Winde schiebt sich auf dem Vierkantrohr, an dem sie hängt, hin und her, obwohl alle 4 Befestigungsschrauben abgezogen sind.
