NOT sterns or coast guard approved
Product says "puddle jumper" this is NOT a Sterns, or US Coast Guard approved, so cannot be used on boats. It fits too big on my son at 35 lbs, is loose and falls to improper fit. Inadequate floatation device for anyone not ready to learn to swim.
