Highly Recommended for Laughs!
I bought this book as a joke and a little entertainment for the family. I had no idea we would spend hours on Thanksgiving afternoon laughing and howling as we read this book with the entire extended family. Adults, teenagers and tweens joined in as we read through the words and phrases and laughed ourselves sick. The teenagers had the most fun watching the adults try to pronounce the phrases and comprehend the meaning. It was the most fun we’ve had in a long time.I looked up the author on amazon and saw they had a bunch more super fun little books. I looked through the topics and found some fun ones to put in stockings, Like “The Fart Diary, “ “The Skiers Journal,” and “The golf Chronicles.”Thanks for the laughs!

Fun and Entertaining...A Must-Read!
What a fun and entertaining read! The book reads like a dictionary, yet is presented in a funny and relatable way for younger generations. It also provides the information older generations need to connect with these younger generations. The book is a perfect companion to the growing drive towards phone apps like TikTok, and in much the same way as the phone app, the book serves as a unique way of forming connections and bonds that help traverse the divide often found amongst generations.Language is a unique and authentic means of communication, highlighting the beauty and wonder that comes from sharing information and culture and serving as a living history of the people who have come before us and how they spoke with one another. While hilarious and entertaining, this book is a fantastic reminder of this fact and will easily draw readers of all generations in.

Kinda sold low key
Written by my Gen Z daughter 😅:This book is a complete waste of money. If they really want people to understand Gen Z language, they should ask AUTHENTIC Gen Zers The cover design and formatting were fire, and at least 75% of the word’s meanings were correct, but they should have checked with a Gen Z person first. While I appreciate adults trying to help other adults understand Gen Z language, they should not be making assumptions about what things mean. For example, it states that “yeet” means a form of expressing excitement. Completely wrong. It means to throw something. (Duh) It also states that the word “bop” means a catchy song. While this can be true, it often refers to something else. Thirdly, the book says that the word “Gyatt” means something someone says as a form of excitement. It literally means 🍑. Some words are also stated as slang, even though they’re just normal words (example: Yikes, savage, adulting, clout, hangry, finesse, iconic, unserious) Overall, this a mid book, but the author should have checked with a Gen Z person. Bro be capping about a lot! Anyways bye!
