I don't write a lot of reviews, but I felt like this product deserved one. This is an excellent cold brew maker. It is very easy to use and has a great 1,200 mL capacity. The plastic construction is more versatile (less fragile) than other brewers made from glass. The filtration system eliminates the sludge that other brew systems leave. The packaging is very thoughtful - a scoop and sponge are included. The scoop is easily overlooked, but it is the perfect size to clean the used grounds out of the filter. The sponge is an unexpectedly useful form factor to help with cleaning. Hopefully the sponges can be ordered separately, since sponges don't last forever.Some minor downsides:Cleaning is moderately easy, but the only component that is recommended for the dishwasher is the pitcher (which is also easiest to clean by hand). All of the other elements are recommended for hand washing, which doesn't take long.The way the filter is configured, the pitcher will work most effectively if stored (at least for part of the brew cycle) on its side. However, there is a vent in the lid that is prone to leaking when the pitcher is stored on its side. Brewing upright can lead to the top grounds not getting exposed to water.Unfortunately, one of the pieces broke during routine use after a couple of months: the pitcher lid is attached with a couple of hinges that snap the lid into place on the pitcher. One of the hinge attachments broke. I contacted customer service and a replacement pitcher arrived four days later. I'd recommend being careful with these hinge attachments as they seem prone to break. At the same time, the customer service is very responsive and suggests that they take support of their products seriously.

This is the perfect size (40oz)for me, instructions were easy to follow, it is made of a quality plastic , doesn’t leak when placed on side as recommended , and the coffee turned out perfect . I did use a course grind on my coffee beans . Filter easy to clean and like that both ends open on filter to get rid of the coffee grinds.

I have owned a lot of cold brew coffee makers, and this one is by far the best. It's simple to use and is by far the easiest to clean. It makes 32oz of strong cold brew that tastes great! I bought two, so I can stack them together in the fridge and always have cold brew on hand. They do stack nicely to take up less space in the refrigerator. My only complaint would be that it's plastic which is minor because it makes up for that in durability.

Went from a 5 Star to a 1 star in just 4 uses. Does perfect making great cold brew; however, plastic clips are weak and snapped on the 5th use. Unfortunately, can’t use now because the top will not secure. Very disappointed.UPDATE: Was sent a replacement free of charge, outstanding customer service. Curious to see if the problem re-occurs.

A great product. Easy to use and easy to clean. I make my coffee at night and it is ready when I get home from gym in the morning. Love it.

This was the easiest cold brew coffee maker I found. Just need to find a good flavor coffee you like. It works best if you place it its side in the fridge, instead of standing it straight up. Great price, made good cold brew coffee, once I figured out to place it on its side. It does not, and did not leak.

It was great until the lining came undone and coffee grounds started getting into my brew. Unsure if there or any replacement parts of any sort.I would also be careful shaking the cold brew as instructed as the piece that connects the grounds to the lid isn’t entirely secure. Overall not bad but not great either.

At first I thought it was kinda small, but it's actually perfect. It makes enough for a couple of days, which keeps us making fresh batches, so it tastes fresh and amazing every time. The seal on the lid is tight so it doesn't leak even if you store it sideways for brewing. Clean up is easy, the instructions are clear and simple, I love this. It works exactly how it should! The perfect, simple cold brew method!
