Zico coconut water is the best tasting,most nutritious, and least processed coconut water you can get! It is pink in variations of color intensity because it is made from a certain type of coconuts, young "Nam Hom" coconuts which are considered the royalty of all coconuts and the best available on earth, what Filet Mignon is to steak the Nam Hom is to coconuts! Both the flesh and water of this coconuts is often pink and this particular variety of coconut also has the highest concentration of essential electrolytes and other minerals and vitamins in it.It is more hydrating than water because the electrolytes allow your muscles to absorb the water more readily and efficiently! It's like natures Gatorade! It is naturally lightly sweet and very refreshing. This water is made by using mainly young Nam Hom coconuts from a small region in Thailand (which is the only place they grow) and blending there water with the water from mature premium coconuts of other Asian varieties.Other brands such as Harmless Harvest are also known for sometimes being pink due to them using some Nam Hom coconuts in there blend!This is by far the superior brand of coconut water in taste, freshness, nutrition and value in my opinion. You will love the light sweet taste and very refreshing and thirst quenching quality of it! Do be sure you refrigerate it well as it is far tastier ice cold but avoid pouring it over ice cubes as this will only dilute the flavor and nutritional value! Get a case,try it, and enjoy!

Except for the bottom of the bottle this tastes great. We mix liquid iv in. The bottles are easy to cool in the fridge and then grab and go. They don’t leak. It doesn’t affect my sugar and is good quality compared to other ones I’ve tried.

After moving to Michigan, that changed completely. Fresh tropical fruits are expensive, and even when I buy them, they don't taste the same as they do back home. I've even tried buying coconuts from the store and opening them myself, but it's just not the same experience. I genuinely miss being able to walk outside and pick fresh fruit straight from the trees whenever I wanted.Over the years, I've found myself consuming far fewer naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, and fresh foods than I did growing up. That's one reason I started looking for a quality coconut water.After doing some research, I found that ZICO is considered one of the better coconut water brands because it contains no added sugar and keeps the ingredients simple. I first tried Zico drinks when I came across the Chocolate Cocoanut water they sell. That is addictive. I always like to have some of it around although you do have to check the expiration date on the neck of the bottle. I was going to stock up on it when I realized I would not be able to do that because I didn't have enough shelf time. Anyway, I decided to try the plain cocoanut drink. I found it to be just as good. It not only quenches my thirst, but when you live in area where triple digit heat throughout the summer ic common it also helps with providing a good source of potassium ( 510 mg) and some salt(50 mg). I have come into the house after working outside and felt very exhausted and a bit weak from the heat, so I drink this and almost immediately feel better, so I keep the Zico drinks on hand. I toss one or two in my freezer too. Frozen the chocolate tastes like a fudgesicle. The plain is a creamy cocoanut flavor yet it's a clear drink. It was so creamy tasting to me I had to look to see if in fact it was white or clear. It's clear. There is no doubt this company has a good product. I wish it were a little less expensive, but it is priced in that range these drinks are in. I search for the best tasting drinks and make purposeful choices for different reasons. I can tell you that both the chocolate and plain cocoanut water by this company is one of the best I have had so far. Give it a try.

This is the worst tasting drink I’ve ever had! It starts off with a rotten odor as soon as you open the bottle. I know it has “natural electrolytes” but I purchased the “no sugar added” version and boy is it BITTER with an awful aftertaste that sticks with you no matter how many times you rinse out your mouth. Honestly, do not waste your money on this product.
