dashboard car mount sticky adhesive

After about three years of constant use (and 78k miles), the Scosche Magic Mount in my car started to get a bit wobbly. It was clear the adhesive was failing, so I sought to find replacements and these adhesive pads were precisely what was needed.The included alcohol pads are small so don’t expect to clean off stuck-on grime and the old adhesive, but will do the trick to prep a relatively clean surface.In any case, the phone mount is once again solidly adhered to my dash. All is well in the world. :)

Works great! I live in Texas and so far the adhesive pad is holding my Magsafe phone charger/holder and phone just fine. But, it's only the end of May. Let's see if it still holds it in July and August. lol

Poor quality and not 3M adhesive material. The packaging is not pictured as described.

Bought this 7 months ago in the winter and wanted to see how it would last in the summer heat. It gets 110°+ here, gets direct sunlight, and I have not had ANY problems with the sticker. I use it for my Viofo dash cam that I keep on my front windshield. Also love that it comes with multiple ones, but I have yet to need to replace the first one. Well worth the money!

My phone mount has been falling off for a few weeks now - likely from the hot/cold weather. The adhesive that came with the mount was the foam type, allowing it to adhere to the slight curve on my dash where I have the mount installed. I was worried that these wouldn't be strong enough to hold the mount and my phone in place but I was very wrong! These suckers are just as strong as that foam adhesive and I couldn't be happier.

Right away I needed to use one of these sticky pads. I had placed a magnetic plug on the back of my phone case to use with the holder in my car but hadn't given enough time for 3glue to harden and it had pulled off. I used one of these to reapply, waited 10 minutes (per instructions I found on YouTube) and am back in business. The magnetic plug is secured correctly and now works perfectly. They arrived super fast and I found that I needed them as soon as they arrived. I had ordered to have on hand because the price was too good pass up. I had priced locally and a 2-pack at the grocery store was more expensive than this multi pack. Excellent value!
