I’ve been using the Calgon 4-in-1 Washing Machine Cleaner Tablets mainly to help keep on top of limescale and general build-up. They’re easy enough to use – just pop one in and run a cycle – so there’s no extra hassle. Over time, I’ve noticed the machine smells fresher, and it seems to run a bit smoother, which is a nice bonus. It’s meant to protect parts like the drum and heating element, and while you don’t see that directly, it does give a bit of peace of mind that you’re helping the machine last longer.
