Wahl Pro Animal KM10+ Corded Clipper, Cats, Dogs & Horses, Purple

I am a groomer and have been using the KM line for years and it holds up pretty well. This Iteration of the machine is so much lighter and feels literally weightless in your hands for those extended hours of groomings. Would Highly Recommend

I've gone through quite a few other types of razers/shavers/clippers before and these worked well. I have 3 labradoodles, 1 with extremely curly hair, 1 long hair, and 1 a solid mix of the 2 and had them all 3 'shorn' in just a couple hours compared to an all day event with my last clippers. Only downfall this has is that I had to order the attachments separately. But the clippers themselves are wonderful. They do get warm so I don't recommend using for a long period of time without the clipper attachments. Go with the steel attachments and your dogs with never feel the warmth.

These are nice clippers and the blade is easy to change. I can see why someone could want cordless because the cord does get in the way but I don't use them enough to deal with batteries. I only trim my two dogs but for trimming them these clippers are great.

It really makes a difference from trying to trim my poodle with MY clippers was difficult . These melt right through his THICK coat ... And , incredible fast .... the vibration and noise are also better than MY clippers ... Worth the money for this animal shearing machine ... It has a great size ...not too big , not too small....and PLENTY of cord

The clipper is quiet so my Sheepadoodle was not spooked at all. The blades get hot quickly. The fur also gets stuck under the blade. Instructions on removing blade was OK but trying to install the blade required a screw driver to raise the rail that the blade slides onto. This is a horrible design. I am deciding whether to return. It does cut OK but only if the hair is combed out first. Will not cut through matted hair.

If you have an animal that has super short hair, it might work but anything for the double coat or any animal that requires a super great set of clippers. These are not for you.

After trying multiple “heavy-duty” clippers that claimed to work on thick coats, these are the first ones that actually made it through my Newfoundland’s fur. If you know Newfie hair, you know it’s less like dog fur and more like a dense, woolly blanket. Every other pair I tried stalled, snagged, or barely made a dent. These clippers powered through the undercoat and topcoat without overheating, pulling, or constantly clogging. My newf doesn’t have a lot of patience so we only groom in 15-20 minute intervals but no overheating during that time. Before these clippers I honestly thought I was going to have to move on to sheep shears, but these did the trick. I’m not a professional. Hopefully the other dogs don’t teases her on the uneven cut. If only the clippers could also supply talent and experience! But even with my insufficient skills, the clippers made a huge difference and saved a very expensive trip to the groomer. If you have a Newfoundland, Bernese Mountain Dog, Great Pyrenees, or any seriously thick-coated breed, stop searching — these are the real deal. If I could take away 1/2 star I would. My only disappointment is there’s no storage bag. Even the lower end clippers come with a storage bag. Surprisingly those don’t. Not a deal breaker. Highly recommend for fellow owners of walking mountains of fur.

Pretty unimpressed with these clippers. I'm a professional pet groomer and needed a good pair of corded clippers. These run well, however, the blades get super hot really fast. Also, they don't hold the blades on well. At first it was just an issue with the larger blades 4f and bigger. Now even the 10 blades pop up easily. Very disappointed for the cost.

When i got it i loved it, it worked just as i want it to but after few times only it start giving me problems, power just dropping, its start getting really hot and the clicks noised that scared my dog, It wasn't cheap buy, that why I'm very disappointed and, now i have to go through the warranty process
