Prepworks by Progressive Porcelain Stacking Ramekins-Set of 6 for Baking, Crème Brulee Dishes, Souffle, Flan Pan Sauce, Custard, Pudding Cups, Dipping Bowls

I have made both chocolate and vanilla bean soufflés using these ramekins and they came out great. I think they are the perfect size, and are easy to dishwash and store stacked (I do stacks of 3). I have two sets. I like the classic white color.

The product arrived without any issues such as being broken or chipped. Each dish was separated by a double 'v--v' shaped cardboard divider. The box itself, was surrounded with a skin-tight, mini-bubble wrap protective wrapper, that was frustrating trying to remove, I almost dropped the box several times trying to cut it off, yet it served a purpose, other than a bit of moaning... no complaints. These appear to be nice quality, and have a nice porcelain finish (except the bottom underneath, which has the rough unfinished look). I have already used these twice, for dinner 'extras'. They are great for baking single servings of _______ (whatever), not to mention, serves as a great small dish to serve the kids things like fruit cocktail (keeps the syrup from running all over their plates), or for any other small portion of anything soupy or runny. They look great. Being porcelain are easy to clean, and they stack nicely in the cabinets. Since I have not noticed anyone mentioning it: Never... EVER, use any type of abrasive cleaners, abrasive scrub pads, (anything that will scratch), etc., this will at the very least produce multiple micro-scratches on the surface which over time will easily grab onto and hold stains, not to mention, probably bacteria, and who knows what. Just an extra tidbit thrown in here for good measure. It's a nice, well made product.

I love these ramekins, not only for things like crème brulee, but also just to use in general as little bowls. They're perfect for holding condiments, for example, as well as for holding small amounts of ingredients while cooking. They hold up really well and are easy to clean, I've been using them frequently for over 3 years and they've held up really well.

I bought these just so that I could make Game of Thrones lemon cakes and I was not disappointed. They're cute, thick, and stackable. They wash easily and are a great size for small desserts. That being said, I'm sad to say I dropped one out of the fridge a couple of weeks after I bought the set and it broke right in half. *sigh* It's to be expected of course, since they're such small dishes, but I was sad anyway.

If you're looking at making some creme brulee or some kind of souffle, I suggest you buy the bigger Ramekins, like the 8oz or 12oz. These 5oz are pretty small and are good for doing mini "guilt free" snacks, although it's not so guilt free when you end up eating 4 of em. Anyway, I use them a lot when cooking for holding some spices, separating an egg or something of that sort. They hold up well in the oven, even at high temps and are stackable so they're easy to stow away. As far as durability, I'd say they're pretty strong since I've dropped them in the dishwasher a few times and not a chip was given. I would recommend these if you know you want 5oz Ramekins. They're inexpensive and great quality.

I wanted some small ramekins and these stackable ones caught my attention because the larger ones I have don't stack well making them a total pain to store. These ramekins stack very straight and securely. If a larger stackable size becomes available I'll get those and donate the ones I have to Goodwill. This smaller size is perfect for individual dips, sauces, au jus, nuts and to store small amounts of leftovers. I also prefer this smaller size for super rich desserts such as crème brûlée and my favorite recipe for a sinful, death-by-chocolate mousse. For some odd reason it isn't indicated in the description that these ramekins are oven and microwave safe. The package indicates they are and I've used them both in my oven and microwave with no problems.

These are great little ramekins. I've had them several year now, and they have held up well. They stack beautifully, clean easily, and are a good size for small things. I would love these in a larger size, too. I have yet to find another that are quality and stacks as neatly as these do.

When I first got them, I thought they were too small. They’re actually perfect! We make cookies in the air fryer with these lovely bowls. Sturdy enough to stand the high heat, and easy enough to clean right after. Love it!

Just what wanted to use in my Airfryer for egg & bacon mini pies.

We use these both for dips and for chopped ingredients. They would be great if you were making a crème brulee. We've washed them tons in the dishwasher with no problems. The finish is smooth, no chips and no discolouring after washing. Highly recommend. They are quite sturdy.

These 5oz ramekins are perfect. They're the perfect size for individual desserts and work great for things like soufflé or crème brulee. I wish it came in a set of 8, though. I also like using them to hold ingredients while I prep for cooking. They are good quality and I love how they stack for easy storage.
