Buen producto pero se siente muy ligero y desechable

Absolutly loved this, my child with special needs is music obsessed it only lasted about about 4 months then stopped working.

Okay product. But it's very slow performance and gets disconnected from wifi very often. Also Kindle and some other apps does not work saying the version is not supported in this player as it's outdated. Only amazon music works and that too intermittently. Also the bass and sound is average only like a radio.

We have had one of these players for over two years no problems. Purchased one for a second child for Christmas 2024- it’s faulty and won’t turn on. I have been chasing customer service since April with no reply. I provided an order number and requested a replacement - no reply. I’ve submitted new contact enquiry and again, no reply. Posting here as a last ditch attempt.

The mp3 player is exactly as described. Signed into Spotify and I'm listening to music! Unfortunately the player died within a month. It won't turn on and it won't register that it is charging. Seems to have completely died. Contacted the company, they responded very quickly and are sending me a new mp3 player. Great customer service!
