I really like these parchment sheets and they fit my pans perfectly. Much easier than trying to cut sizes from the roll of parchment paper. Work wonderful for cookies that require parchment.

These work perfectly on the cookie sheets that fit in the Otis Spunkmeyer ovens. I used them with chocolate chip cookies and found that you can use these up to 2 or 3 times before you have to dispose of them. The chocolate chips stick to the paper and don't allow you to use them longer than that. I bet you could use them for up to 5 or 6 times with any other cookie without chocolate in them.However, I did find them cheaper on the Smart Baker's website and they give you free packages with multiple orders. I ordered these in a pinch so that helped. Due to the cost was twice as much as the Smart Baker's, I gave it 4 stars.

Yes, it arrives folded, but logistically,that is the best way to pack this.My sheets arrived flat and intact.They take up far less space thana roll of this stuff that needsto be cut for each use. Theseare good for baking and alsofor one or two people whouse in a counter top ovento prepare small mealsand tidbits. Depending onwhat one bakes or heatsup, a sheet can be usedmore than once. I lovethat my oven and cookwareremain clean when I use these.I also use silicone mats, butsometimes I prefer the paper.Very pleasant customer service!

The product is much easier to handle than comparable rolled product. With the exception of the crease in the center from the way it is folded to fit in the package, it pretty much lays flat on the sheet pan. It eliminates the way rolled product curls up again after it is cut for length. Fit of the cut sheet is good for the sheet pan. The product does seem a little thinner than comparable rolled product but that is just my perception so far. I have not measured the thickness of both.The one place where the product lost stars in my perception is the packaging. The package is hard to open and a challenge to get the folded pack of sheets out and then back in again without ruining any sheets. What a pleasure to pull a pre-measured sheet of parchment that perfectly fits my smaller European-sized baking sheets. I didn't miss the pulling, tearing, trimming and crinkling needed to make a rolled sheet lie flat. Clean-up was a breeze after baking oiled brussels sprouts (at 500°) on this parchment. None of the oil seeped through to the baking sheet, so the convenience of quality plus pre-measured parchment is a good investment for me.Actually, considering how much parchment I have wasted making rolled paper fit my pans, the cost per use may actually come out even.

I was asked to write a review. OK This is a product that makes life easier and I have used them for several years. I don't want to have to live without them. Why? Well theyare precut and lay flat. Sure I could buy a roll of parchment and cut and lay in a pan and watch it roll up or I could buy those plastic permanent pan liners but they get sticky and yucky and are hard to clean. There that's why.

I have two small baking sheets that I regularly use in my countertop oven, and these are a perfect fit. While a bit expensive, they are very convenient. Deducting a star for unnecessary plastic packaging.
