Buy Corby Sherwood 2000W Steam Stainless Steel Soleplate Iron - Black at desertcart UK. Review: Great Iron. - Ordered one as soon as I returned home after a hotel stay where one of these irons was supplied for residents to use. Great iron, heats up quickly, good steam jet. It is nice and light and has safety features to turn it of after 30 secs if left unattended in face down position and 8 mins if left in upright position. Good price, quick delivery, very pleased with my purchase. Review: Good quality - Cord length: Personally found the cord length to be a good length with plenty of ability to move around. Iron quality: This is the best part - iron is mid ranged in terms of price but the iron quality is far superior to previous irons I have had at double the cost. This is an excellent product at this price point and I am absolutely delighted with it. Outstanding. Water capacity: Great water capacity with a large tank. That being said when using the steam function it empties fast compared to other irons I have used. A minor point that shouldn’t take away from the overall quality of the product. Other observations: - Bulkier and a touch heavier than a lot of other irons but this isn’t an issue as it doesn’t make a noticeable difference. - The LED feature with the different settings is a great feature making the product easy to use. ## Features - POWERFUL 2000W STEAM PERFORMANCE – High-watt steam iron delivers strong and consistent steam output to remove stubborn creases easily across a wide range of fabrics. - ADJUSTABLE STEAM CONTROL – Flexible steam settings give you precision on cotton, linen, synthetics and blends — perfect for everyday ironing and more challenging garments. - SMOOTH NON-STICK SOLEPLATE – Premium soleplate glides effortlessly over fabrics, helping reduce friction and speeding up ironing for smoother results with less effort. - ERGONOMIC BLACK DESIGN – Sleek black finish paired with a comfortable handle makes ironing easy and stylish, perfect for utility rooms, guest suites or homes. - UK PLUG INCLUDED & READY TO USE – Complete with UK-spec plug for immediate setup and everyday use — great for busy households, rental properties and more. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07BL1DJMH | | Base Material | Stainless Steel | | Best Sellers Rank | 41,022 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 57 in Steam Irons | | Brand | Corby | | Brand Name | Corby | | Colour | Black | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 3.6 out of 5 stars 18 Reviews | | Manufacturer | Corby of Windsor | | Model Name | Corby | | Model Number | 14345 | | Model name | Corby | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 14345 | | Product Warranty | 3 year guarantee. | | Recommended Uses For Product | ironing textiles | | Recommended uses for product | ironing textiles | | Special Features | Auto Shutoff | | Special feature | Auto Shutoff | | Style | Modern | | Wattage | 2000 watts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Corby - **Colour:** Black - **Recommended uses for product:** ironing textiles - **Special feature:** Auto Shutoff - **Wattage:** 2000 watts ## Images ![Corby Sherwood 2000W Steam Stainless Steel Soleplate Iron - Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71bAoB+zLuL.jpg) ![Corby Sherwood 2000W Steam Stainless Steel Soleplate Iron - Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71MkSfSf2kL.jpg) ![Corby Sherwood 2000W Steam Stainless Steel Soleplate Iron - Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61RIuxK95JL.jpg) ![Corby Sherwood 2000W Steam Stainless Steel Soleplate Iron - Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Taq5F2pnL.jpg) ![Corby Sherwood 2000W Steam Stainless Steel Soleplate Iron - Black - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61MACDWEU3L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Iron. *by S***Y on 14 December 2024* Ordered one as soon as I returned home after a hotel stay where one of these irons was supplied for residents to use. Great iron, heats up quickly, good steam jet. It is nice and light and has safety features to turn it of after 30 secs if left unattended in face down position and 8 mins if left in upright position. Good price, quick delivery, very pleased with my purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by D***Y on 5 May 2025* Cord length: Personally found the cord length to be a good length with plenty of ability to move around. Iron quality: This is the best part - iron is mid ranged in terms of price but the iron quality is far superior to previous irons I have had at double the cost. This is an excellent product at this price point and I am absolutely delighted with it. Outstanding. Water capacity: Great water capacity with a large tank. Other observations: - Bulkier and a touch heavier than a lot of other irons but this isn’t an issue as it doesn’t make a noticeable difference. - The LED feature with the different settings is a great feature making the product easy to use. ### ⭐ Corby low quality *by O***A on 26 August 2025* Careful: There are other reviews on dented irons being sent to customers by this seller. Defect items: bought 2 irons and both have fissures at the tip of the iron. One of them has even a bit missing and it scatched my shirt when ironing it. Very disappointing knowing that this brand is used by 5 star hotels, such as Intercontinental and all IHG chain. A £10 Argos iron does the job better and will not damage your clothes. ## Frequently Bought Together - Corby Sherwood 2000W Steam Iron - Black - Rainberg 122 x 38cm Folding Ironing Board with Jumbo Iron Rest, Adjustable Height Up To 93cm, Foldable & Collapsible Ironing Table (Black) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/67339907-corby-sherwood-2000w-steam-stainless-steel-soleplate-iron-black](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/67339907-corby-sherwood-2000w-steam-stainless-steel-soleplate-iron-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
