Complete your Set-Up with the BWT Penguin 2.7 L Water Pitcher From BWT comes the Penguin table filter for the ideal glass of water. The Penguin table filter uses multi-stage filtration and magnesium mineralizing cartridges to remove undesirable particles from your water, including lime-scale to better protect appliances and fortify taste. For style, BWT has taken inspiration from the more modern school of Scandinavian design for ergonomic handling and balance. The Penguin table filter boasts a 2.7 liter total capacity and a 1.5 liter filtered water capacity. Each cartridge can filter up to roughly 120 liters of water before needing a replacement, as indicated electronically by the filter. All but the lid is dishwasher safe, it's easy to fill with its splash-free design, and it's compact enough to fit well in most household refrigerator doors.Ideal Filtration for Reservoir Espresso MachinesIncludes 1 Magnesium Mineralizing Filter Cartridge; Filters down to 1.5 liters of usable water per filling

Take care of your espresso machine with better water! - I just bought the Profitec Go espresso machine and one of the important advice I learn was to take care of your water carefully. Merely using regular tap or even filtered refrigerator water is not good enough when you have an espresso machine. This is because you want to minimize any calcium build up inside the machine, and not even a regular Britta or similar water filter would do the trick. This BWT water jug from Germany, however, is tailor-made for water in your espresso or your kettle (anything, really). The difference here is the ion-exchange that converts calcium to magnesium. Is this pricey? Is this hard to find? Is it pink? Yes to all three! I may not be able to find another color readily available but what I have is worth the investment for the long term care of my Profitec Go espresso machine!

I just bought the Profitec Go espresso machine and one of the important advice I learn was to take care of your water carefully. Is this pricey? Is this hard to find? Is it pink? Yes to all three! I may not be able to find another color readily available but what I have is worth the investment for the long term care of my Profitec Go espresso machine!

The filter itself is great and makes the tea and coffee taste better. Have problem with the digital usage counter which doesn’t work and there is no way to contact the seller to sort it out .
