Coast KL35R 600 Lumen Rechargeable LED Pocket Flashlight

This is the handiest size light I have ever used. The lighting power is very nice for the size. The clip is also very handy. Charging is easy and does not take very long relatively and the red feature is great for at night. The white sidebar light is not quite as bright as would be ideal (like for shop use when working under a panel or under a vehicle, etc. The battery life is also not as good as I was expecting, but if you regularly keep it charged it is adequate for daily use, but you may not want to rely on it for extended periods. I have noticed the charging plug takes a certain maneuvering to get back in place. The clip also can be bent decently easy. Overall, the light is a really good value for the price-point and is super handy-just be aware of its limitations.

I absolutely love these lights! A friend bought the first one for me and I turned around and bought 4 more right after I received it. They are super light, bright for their size, and have multiple settings to fit about every need. With it having the lantern setting it just makes it that much more awesome! The clip is multifunctional, and the weight allows you to clip it to the bill of a hat without even noticing that it is there. The price is excellent so I have several of them scattered across vehicles and different places in the house and won't be overly stressed if I were to lose one. The battery life is pretty good for its size and I still can't get over the fact that they weigh basically nothing!

This is a good flash light (works as advertised) but it could have been outstanding. Here is the Pro's and Con's ( with suggestions that would have made this a 5 star product): PROS: 1) 4 Main Light levels (low, medium, high, turbo) ranging from 16L to 600 L ("turbo"). While there are certainly brighter flashlights, for all practical purposes these brightness levels will meet 99% of everyone's needs. Nobody wants to drain their battery needlessly using a brightness level that is overkill. 2) Dedicated buttons for both Front Light and Side Light- simplifies usage. 3) Well Built- solid construction. 4) Life Time warranty- most flashlights only have 1-2 yr warranties. 5) Very Compact and Lightweight- so if use this clipped to a baseball cap or on a shirt, the flashlight will not cause undue weight on what it is clipped to. 6). Side light- has a red light option to preserve night vision and red light strobe for emergencies. 7) One of the cheapest ( if not the cheapest light) that has all the following: a side light, dedicated button for the side light, a sturdy clip and multiple light settings that exactly what is needed (not too bright or too dim) . Some flashlights have some of these features but only a surprising minority, have it all. CONS: 1) Illogical Light Sequence- when clicking the power button, the light cycles from "medium" to "high" then "low" ( as opposed to sequentially higher to lower, or lower to higher settings). 2) To access the very highest light setting ("turbo") you have to hold the button down in any of the previous light settings and then continue to hold button down. When you release button the light will revert to a previous dimmer setting. Turbo does not stay on without constant pressure on the button. 3). Like most of these types of flashlight when charging the battery, there is an indicator to confirm that a battery is indeed charging and to let you know when the charge is complete; but there is no indicator to warn you when the battery level is so low that you will need to recharge soon. 4). Charging Port Flap- Once removed, almost impossible to reinsert the rubber cover back into the slot. A common problem with lights that have minuscule flaps that require perfect alignment. 5) No magnetic base. 6) No memory feature- the flashlight does not remember the last light setting so you always have to cycle through the entire light settings ( medium to high then low) to end up on the brightness setting that you would normally use. In general, this is compact, well made, rechargeable flashight that has all the features I wanted --2 lights (main and side light), dedicated button for main light and separate button for side light, adequate number of light settings, a sturdy clip and is economically priced. However, it could have been a 5 star product if it had a magnetic base, a more logical light setting cycle, a memory feature, a way to keep the turbo charge light setting on without continually pressing the button and inclusion of an indicator light that would warn you when the battery level is so low that it will soon need a recharge.

I bought this Coast KL35R after owning both the G19 and G20 for the past few years. Quite honestly, this little flashlight impressed me. Not only can you clip it to your cap so that you can work with both hands and not hold this in your mouth, you can also reverse clip it to anything else that may be around. The clip works both ways. The LEDs are BRIGHT! Both the white LED and the red LED function extremely well. Yes, there is a red LED, that also flashes, that can be accessed by holding down the button. You can't go wrong with Coast flashlights, and the fact that this one is rechargeable means it lives in my shirt pocket ready for quick use. Battery life is great and the durability is second to none.

1 of the best tiny EDC flashlights, it has everything from lanyard hole to double sided strong metal clip, 2 button low light and turbo, the whole shabang. it even has a side light redlight and blinking red which are super useful.

I love this compact flashlight that I can hang from my lanyard at work. It is light and conveniently charges with a usb-c. This allows me to charge it on my way to work if I forget to charge it at home. I have not had it die on me yet and use it a few days a week. It is very bright which makes it useful for inspecting dark areas (attics). I wish the lantern light was a bit brighter, but it's not something that I would remove a star for (my other work flashlights did not have a lantern feature). The bulb area heats up if one for a while but quickly cools down. It seems pretty durable and excellent build quality. I have had other coast flashlights, and they have taken a beating, so I assume this one can do the same. I recommend this to my co-workers, since we carry a few small tools and I don't need to shove a flashlight in our pockets with this.

Small, very compact big light. The clip allows you to clip to a hat or clothing. Charges quickly. Big light for small flashlight.

Es una excelente compra, explicareestrella por estrella. 1.- Calidad, los materiales son de excelente calidad, duraderos, 2.-Potencia, el nivel turbo es fuerte, deslumbra si lo usas bien o situaciones de emergencia (cuidado por qué se calienta en modo turbo) , y la luz roja es contundente, para el tamaño es mucho mejor que otras de tianguis, y la luz no distorciona los colores. 3.- tamaño, es del tamaño de un dedo anular promedio, queda perfecta como complemento de llavero, no estorba no pesa. 4.- Se carga muy fácil y no necesitas comprar pilas. 5.- el clip y la ergnomia son extraordinarias.

Excedente producto

Es una linterna súper práctica y pequeña para acampar con muchas funciones útiles. Su única falla es que el sello de goma para el puerto USB no se queda metido todo el tiempo.

Excelente calidad de coast, es muy ligera y no estorba para nada , la luz principal de la linterna no modifica los colores la utilizo en mantenimiento, es bastante versátil, tiene un pequeño pero el protector del puerto USB -C de silicón tiende a salirse constantemente, resulta molesto, el empaque menciona que es IP 54 pero con ese pequeño pero no lo hace tan confiable, tiene opcion para traer en un llavero o poner un lanyard, cumple con su objetivo.
